I was disappointed today although I like other foods of this place sometimes, so I will share here the review for the owner to consider, & I will probably delete it later, & I will leave it at 4 stars at the moment.

The supremo hot dog is problematic. Everything about it is wrong:
- Overpackaged: wrapped with plasticized paper into a box into a large brown paper bag with too many napkins.
- Not fast. The preparation wasn't too slow but wasn't fast considering this is junk food.
- Not good. It felt like junk food. When I want junk food, I would not only want it to be fast, but I would want it to be good at least to enjoy it.
- I was expecting an authentic hot dog & I found a junk hot dog.
- The bread is so white it's obviously treated with chemical harful for health. I would bet that was the cheapest bread, simply. Not a healthy bread. I lost trust at this level.
- The mayo & mustard were in 4x quantity. It was drowning in mayo & mustard.
- The mayo's texture felt like petrol. I bet there is hydrogenated oil in the mayo. I can't wait for hydrogenated oil to get banned in Canada, which is apparently coming soon.
- I couldn't eat it cleanly. when I took it out of the package, its content almost all dropped, & then while eating it, it was super dirty. I eventually just spilled it all over myself & was mad. At this point I was already mad - I just got double mad.
- At this point my trust was so low in the food I was eating I started questioning the quality of the sausage. I mean, the sausage looks like these cheap 1$ hotdogs. I was certainly not chosen for being both good+healthy if the rest was cheap. & for sure, healthy sausages with real meat exist. But with trust so low from all the above steps, I can only assume the worst.
- The price tag of a bit more of 10 dollars with tax for this hot dog doesn't help. For 3$ if would be fair. But my guts feeling is that I should have been paid 20$ to eat this one, it had negative value for me so much it seemed unhealthy & cheap. At this point it'd probably healthier to smoke cigarette.

Yep the list is long. Sorry, that is all I had to say. I eat 2x a day in restaurants so I can't afford to eat unhealthy like that. I hope that helps to improve the restaurant for it to be resilient & to shed light on a few problematic parts of the process, & for it to be taken with curiosity.

For positive feedback: I usually enjoy & love the Barros Luco Sandwich. The Barros Luco Sandwich is great overall, perhaps only the bread in it is not good for the same reasons than the hot dog's bread as I mentioned above. The Barros Luco has avocado, meat, tomato: it's in equilibrium & actually nourishing! Except the bread. For the Barros Luco: thank you. This sandwich should probably be advertised with a big sign or something, it feels like the best & like something you should actually promote because it's nice.
