Amazing Iraqi food in Montreal. The food & the atmosphere for a Thursday night were awesome. The decor, lighting & elegantly adorned walls are the first thing that you observe & feel home in. The ordering time & when the food came was not long, 15-20 mins which meant they prepped it fresh, there were 5 tables (20~ people) besides us at the restaurant. The meat was succulent & flavorful. Highly recommend getting one of the mixed grill dishes to get variety & avoid hassle of ordering things separately. Nicely tenderised meat cooked to absolute Middle-Eastern perfection!

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth, respect, & genuine hospitality. The staff are some of the most welcoming & friendly people you'll ever meet-they truly make you feel at home specially the owner of restaurant who welcoming everyone & take care of all details .
The restaurant itself is beautiful on the inside. The decoration is tasteful , the setting is well thought-out, & the tables & chairs are comfortable, clean, & stylish. It creates a perfect atmosphere whether you're dining alone, with family, or hosting guests.
& the food? Absolutely outstanding. This is, without question, some of the best Arabic food in Canada. Everything is halal, professionally prepared, & full of authentic Iraqi flavor-especially their barbecue dishes with other international dishes . The presentation is stunning, & whether you're dining in or ordering takeaway, the quality is always top-notch. It's also perfect for home gatherings or celebrations.
& what really sets Chateau Kebab West Island apart is how affordable everything is. The prices are incredibly reasonable considering the quality of the food, the presentation, & the exceptional service.

Delicious, authentic Halal food, great service, a menu with wide variety & friendly staff - this restaurant definitely knows how to accommodate a group! Visited with family during a recent trip & was impressed by the taste & quality of each dish. In particular, the kababs are always grilled fresh & seasoned well, the salads, sauces & sides dishes complement the meal without being wasted, & the desserts are really tasty as well. There is also a prayer space on-site to accommodate the community. Highly recommend visiting if you're in the area & giving them a try.

There are times we have driven by Chateau kebab .. many over the years. Wednesday we finally had the opportunity to dine there. We were a group of twelve , seated in a side alcove, perfect for the group. Twelve gentlemen who have known each other since elementary & high school in the East End. We were warmly welcomed by the professional team there. Orders taken , food … absolutely delicious. The menu choices have selections for all tastes & budgets. The Lentil Soup was one of the best we ever experienced! Perfect balance of spiced , taste & texture outstanding, no need for any extra seasoning! Our selection was the Filet Mignon & the Spicy kebab with rice , grilled tomato & onions…. Superb plating, all cooked to perfection! Generous portioning! Around the table selections were made from various plates, all declared to be supreme! Excellent experience, highly recommended! We SHALL be back. Thank you team at Chateau kebab !!
I had the pleasure of hosting my family at Chateau kebab restaurant yesterday, with around 47 to 50 people, to celebrate the end of Ramadan. This wasn't my first visit, & I had requested a special meal, different from the usual offerings, to make the occasion even more memorable.
I must say, all of my guests were truly impressed by the quality & abundance of the food, as well as the impeccable service provided by the staff, especially considering that they were all fasting. I had specifically requested that the appetizers, main courses, & condiments be served all at once, & I was amazed at how efficiently the staff managed to deliver everything in such a timely manner. It was truly remarkable.
I highly recommend Chateau kebab to anyone looking for both excellent food & outstanding service. To clarify, I am not personally connected to the owners in any way. Over the course of Ramadan, we dined at a different restaurant each weekend, & without a doubt, the service at Chateau kebab has been the best we've experienced.

We recently hosted our son's wedding reception at Chateau Kebab, & it was nothing short of exceptional! From start to finish, the experience was excellent, & we couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate such a special day. The restaurant accommodated our party of 50 with ease, providing a cozy yet elegant atmosphere that felt intimate & inviting. The staff were very helpful for accomadating our needs & served food on our schedule. The food - which consisted of chicken, beef, & lamb skewers with rice was delicious! Guests were speaking highly about the juicy lamb skewers, tender chicken kebabs, & the lentil soup. Everything was beautifully presented, from the appetizers to the baklava dessert. Thank you to the entire team at Chateau Kebab for making our son's wedding reception so memorable. Your dedication & expertise truly shone through, & we'll be recommending you to everyone we know. Excellent Food & Service! Chateau kebab never disappoints! The kebabs are juicy, the hummus is perfect, & the portions are generous. The staff is friendly & attentive, & the atmosphere is warm & inviting. Highly recommend the mixed grill platter, absolutely delicious!
I always come here, also went for Ramadan food is exceptional & owner is very nice man. I recommend the chicken koobideh & gormah sabzi. The daal or salad that comes with it is good. Also I think tea is complimentary highly recommend this restaurant. Never really had bad experience always positive.
