C'était une première fois. Super ambiance un peu « hipster » au sens positif du termes. Les lattés sont miam & que dire du service à la clientèle. Serveuses souriantes & accueillantes. Le pain était un peu sec avec le déjeuner, mais sommes tout, je retournerais.

The chef is genius! Even the potatoes are great & have a specific taste & texture. Mint is added exactly as needed & is a very good addition to the taste, not just for design.

Excellent, un des meilleurs brunch que j'ai mangé. L'ambiance était excellente & les serveuses extrêmement sympathique. Je conseille fortement leur pain doré mais aussi leurs cafés glacés. Extrêmement satisfaite & on reviendra à coup sûr. ❤?

Un vrai bijou de Tremblant! Dès notre arrivée, on remarque l'ambiance amicale & chaleureuse des lieux. Une belle maison ancestrale avec une magnifique terrasse partiellement couverte vous y attends.

Le menu est juste assez complet pour offrir une belle variété de plats pour tous les goûts. On a pris l'assiette Les Inséparables & c'était dans les meilleurs déjeuners qu'on a mangé de notre vie : tout est frais, goûteux & fait maison. Le jambon en gros morceaux, le bacon croustillant, les fèves au lard succulentes, le vrai sirop d'érable, la confiture de petits fruits maison... Bref, je salive à y repenser! Le café est un café de micro torréfaction donc on est assuré d'avoir un bon café délicieux qui ne goûte pas le cendrier!

Le service était impeccable, sympathique & toujours souriant!

Mon seul Bémol, & ce n'est pas tant un gros problème, c'est au niveau du niveau de bruit à l'intérieur lorsque toutes les tables sont occupées. On avait de la difficulté à s'entendre parler, mais je suis conscient qu'on était dans une maison ancestrale & non une maison où l'acoustique à été traitée! Autre petit point, ça aurait été bon d'avoir des fruits dans l'assiette pour couper un peu la lourdeur de toute la viande. Ne serait-ce que des tranches de pommes ou des raisins, mais je sais que le gaspillage alimentaire est une des raisons probables.

Nous ne mangeons pas de viande & le menu enfant a seulement 2 options. L'option salé vient donc avec de la viande. Aucun soucis, je demande simplement à changer le bacon pour une toast. Une toast.... pas quelque chose de compliqué haha. Ça m'a été offert en extra car ils ne font pas de changement ... j'avoue que ne suis pas dans le milieu de la restauration donc j'essaie de rester ouverte, mais au prix que ça m'a couté... je n'y retournerai pas.

Toutefois, la nourriture était excellente! Bravo pour votre créativité dans les plats :)
