Le meilleur restaurant thaïlandais en ville! Pad Thaï incontournable, boeuf basilic succulent, poulet cari rouge & arachides divin, poulet cari vert à tomber par terre & que dire du Général Chanchaï ? Bref, pour tous les goûts. Ne pas oublier de réserver les vendredis & samedis : même si la salle est grande, il pourrait manquer de place. Équipe renouvelée au complet, même chef, même sourire : encore plus de plaisirs à partager en bonne compagnie.

Pour les restos au centre-ville de Sherbrooke, le Chanchai est vraiment un de mes endroits préférés. Surtout pour le prix, c'est assez imbattable avec une énorme variété d'assiettes disponibles pour moins de 20 $. J'ai pris le pad thaï & j'ai été vraiment impressionné par le délicieux goût ainsi que la quantité, je n'ai pas pu le finir. J'y retourne, c'est sûr !

Chanchai has evolved over the years (& so have its prices) but it's still one of the best (vegan or not) Thai places in the city. The interior has become very classy, almost romantic, & the service & staff are excellent.

The prices are a little exaggerated though, & the portions have become smaller & smaller though (the crispy spinach entree is highway robbery).

Nourriture excellente, presque la perfection. Meilleur thai que j'ai mangé. Il manquait juste un détail pour perfection: le brocoli manquait une minute de cuisson. Un peu trop dur sous la dent.

Excellent Pad Thai! I highly recommend trying it with the fried dumplings - they pair perfectly. If you're into fresh flavors, ask for coriander on top - it adds a nice touch of green & flavor! You won't regret trying the Pad Thai. Thank you so much for the amazing service - the food is truly excellent!
