I ordered coffee, but unfortunately the lid was not properly secured, which caused the tea to spill. This could be a safety concern, as hot beverages can easily cause burns.
Please ensure that cups are made of good-quality material & that lids are tightly sealed before serving. Proper packaging is important not only for customer satisfaction but also for safety during handling & travel.
Apart from this issue, the chai itself was excellent & very enjoyable.

Very delicious food & awesome chai there ♥?🙂

We had wraps with rose chai & chocolate chai.
Later, we ordered Gulab jamun cheesecake but we were mistakenly given mango berry cheesecake. We didn't complain though.

One small suggestion, however, please put the music down a bit so we can hear each other.

Food is decent but after a 1 hour wait, would never bother coming here again. Multiple customers also complained while we were waiting & one guy demanded a refund only to be told to wait 2 minutes (which was a lie). Even the drinks take 45 minutes

Had ginger tea last night, but it was served in an earthen glass with an unpleasant smell. Unfortunately, both my friend & I experienced stomach issues afterward. Overall, not recommended.
