This young man was incredibly polite, helpful, & took the time to ensure our small group was comfortable.
When I made the reservations, I requested a corner table due to one of our children being special needs. Maximo not only gave us a corner booth, he ensured that everyone was comfortable with the setup & included all of us in the conversation.
He checked up on us during our session, & check-out out a pleasure. He provided all the details we needed, & we left feeling grateful for his assistance during our 3hr block.

Bel endroit, activité fun, mais le service client a plombé l'expérience qui avait pourtant bien débuté. Employée irrespectueuse ce dimanche de Pâques 2026. Le comble : avoir dit au client qu'il l'ostine parce qu'il faisait une réclamation légitime! On n'a pourtant pas reçu un service gratuit, à ce que je sache...

Je souhaite partager mon ressenti concernant ma visite récente dans votre établissement. Malheureusement, l'expérience n'a pas été positive.
Nous avons trouvé le service à la clientèle très décevant : les employées ne souriaient pas, & leur attitude était désagréable. Comme c'était notre première visite, nous ne connaissions pas le fonctionnement de l'endroit. Au lieu de nous expliquer calmement comment procéder, nous avons été abordés de manière abrupte & condescendante, au point que nous nous sommes sentis gênés & mal à l'aise.
Lorsque nous avons demandé s'il était possible de commander une boisson, on nous a seulement indiqué que quelqu'un viendrait prendre la commande à notre table, sans aucune explication claire. J'ai dû demander à plusieurs employées pour comprendre le fonctionnement, & aucune information n'a été communiquée de manière conviviale. Pendant toute la durée de notre visite, personne n'est venu s'assurer que tout allait bien ou prendre notre commande. L'attitude rapide & impatiente de certains employés a rendu l'expérience très stressante, au point que j'avais mal au ventre & que je voulais simplement partir.
Je souhaitais simplement profiter d'un moment agréable, mais l'ambiance & le comportement du personnel ont totalement gâché l'expérience. Je vous écris afin que vous puissiez prendre conscience de ces problèmes & améliorer votre service à la clientèle.
