I went to Céramic Café DDO with my niece for her birthday, & it was such a wonderful experience! The staff was very friendly & helpful, making sure everything went smoothly for the party. The kids had so much fun painting their pieces, & it was such a creative & unique way to celebrate. The atmosphere was relaxed & welcoming, perfect for both children & adults. My niece loved every minute of it - such a memorable birthday!
it was our first rime there, fantastic experience! although the placw was busy the staff was super friendly & great customer service. very helpful & smiles on their face. we went with a 5 yr old & she loved it!! there is a small studio fee(very reasonable) & this includes all the accesories you need to paint your ceramic, from brushes to many colors, to turning plates to paint to stencils, lettering & artistic stencils. the place was clean & modern, plenty of parking on st jean ce tral location close to highways. the menu is delicious for a quick bite & the coffee comforting & delicious. perfect relaxing family activity. the welcoming staff made all the difference. as soon as we came in the door we were quickly attended & shown to our table & the instructions explained despite how busy it was for a saturday evening. . you also have plastified cards explaining to you everything from paint colors & how it works. highly recommend this ceramic cafe location in DDO
We've been to pottery painting places before but this place has the most amazing range of items: serving dishes, mugs, vases, figurines. Prices are decent, staff is kind & helpful & there's even things to eat & drink during your visit. A perfect date spot!
I come here once a year with my husband to paint dishes for our daughter as a keepsake great atmosphere staff are all very kind & the selection of pieces is great & the treats are yummy! ☺️
Here's an updated version of The painting studio is lovely, with a great selection of ceramics to choose from. However, as a first-timer, I found the experience lacking in customer service. The staff at the entrance didn't take the time to explain anything & seemed more interested in chatting among themselves & texting on their phones. A bit more attention & guidance would have been appreciated.
It's a great place if you like painting & personalizing your items. It's a relaxing activity. A bit expensive. You need to pay for how long you are staying & the item that you choose. There's a little coffee shop which is nice too. The staff are friendly & at any time you can ask for help.

Kinda expe give but what isn't these days. I took 2 adults & 2 kids. We each had a drink & painted some stuff. The staff are adorable & kind & always eager to help. Awesome afternoon out.....wish there was a postal option to receive the finished pieces.
Fun activity to do, but highly disappointed in service & the quality of what we've received. It was our first time visiting & likely our last... While we were greeted & seated by someone, nobody explained to us where to get paints or even took our drink order. We were sat, then ignored for the rest of the night. A couple next to us had to explain how the whole process worked. More than that, when we were almost done, we noticed new tables being served & being asked if they wanted anything to drink... we essentially got no service & had to completely clean up after ourselves. Which to be fair we would've, but having the audacity to ask for a tip after being completely ignored all night Strange. Plus, one of our pieces is covered in chips! Overall, a fun bonding experience & activity! Disappointed in service & what we received back.
My daughter & her friends really enjoyed painting over there. Thank you very much. I however would rather to be advised about the extra charge of cake option before purchasing. The employees told me I can have my own cake, but before our party they advised me the surcharge for that & the contract. On the contract, was written we had 3 hours & when I confirmed, it was changed to 2 hours, so I couldn't relate that much on the time. We started way much later the painting in order to negotiate with the supervisor about the cake surcharge & I really appreciate his/her flexibility. Over all, everything was perfect, however, I will add some racks for the jackets, I won't charge tip & surcharge for cutting the cake, I'll add more attending parents for free(our kids were small & I needed more parents). & finally, as an employee I smile more. But as I said, we will come back just because of the supervisor flexibility & the amazing ambiance.

One of my favourite places to bring my grandchildren for a fun activity. It's very chill, the children are free to go to the area where the paints & accessories are at any time to explore & grab whatever they want for their projects. The selection of items to paint is great & inspiring, from simple plates & cups to more elaborate decorative items. There are plenty of creative tools like sponges, stencils & stamps & the staff is ready & willing to demonstrate techniques or make a delicious latté. Occasionally we have a snack & the food is good & reasonably priced. I really appreciate the quiet atmosphere that is respectful of others & conducive to art making. The staff are young & service oriented & happy to help us find what we need & provide us with additional plates & paper towels. Or we can always find them easily on our own. Highly recommended.
Very nice place, friendly staff, cozy atmosphere. Painting ceramics was funner than I expected, would definitely reccomend for dates or friendly activities.
Love this place! Great for a fun & memorable date night or with friends/family! The staff are friendly & knowledgeable with a large variety of ceramic pieces that you can paint! We love making custom Christmas ornaments here every year. I even made a special momento for a dear friend who lost their dog this year. The staff made a custom drill hole for ornament hanging & an opening for her to keep his collar inside. If you want a fun evening with a meaningful keepsake/gift, would definitely recommend this place!
