Didn’t have a reservation but it was a Saturday night 8pm so not too busy. It’s great that it’s open until 11! Staff very helpful & very friendly. Great selection of pottery’s to paint.
C'était génial ! Mes amies & moi, en étions s notre première expérience & nous nous sommes senties très à l'aise de poser des questions, le service était impeccable! Je planifie d'ailleurs y retourner tellement j'ai aimé. Merci

My daughter & I loved our afternoon at the ceramic café. Countless options to choose from & I was impressed with all the paints & decorative elements available for us. Latte & menu & added bonus. We will be back!
Had our daughters 12 th birthday party there. The table was ready, supplies readily available & staff very helpful. The kids enjoyed the food. The ceramics were ready for pick up 2 weeks later as scheduled. Would recommend
It was a great experience, loved the food! Just wish that the worker would check if we wanted food before we started because we waited along time before we got someone to place our order.

Ma réservation était à 19:30 j'ai apporté ma fille pour la première fois elle a adorée l'expérience côté peinture... cependant pour un chocolat chaud & café & repas c'était déjà fermé tandis que sa fermait à 23;00... ce qu'ont pouvaient prendre c'était des smoothie ou du jus... j'espère que vous allez pouvoir servir les clients aux heures d'affaires pour profiter de l'expérience au maximum.

Point d'amélioration: je trouve les tables petites, nous manquons d'espace pour bien peindre la céramique à l'aise.
It was my first time & it was fun but I hated the fact that we literally had to go get the staff so they can explain things to us when they told us someone was coming over to explain everything before we start. We also had to get them to come & explain us some things regarding the pochoirs because it stated to wait for staff to open the drawers. I hate feeling like I need to disturb the staff to ask for things but I also feel like a staff member should be where the paints are to help people find things.
I paid & I went to the bathroom before leaving to go home & I heard staff members speaking to each others on the other side of the door saying « I guess because of inflation people don't pay anymore » when I literally gave a 2$ tip on a 2,50$ tea.... That was a nice night but I don't think I'll come back because of the staff

The staff is excellent. Very friendly, very helpful. We ordered nachos & while the ingredients were very average quality, you can tell the staff went above that with putting it together. They layered the cheese & ingredients with the chips. Coffees were excellent. Great experience for families looking to do something fun, we will 100% come back.
Service was great, staff was super friendly & we had a nice time, all painting supplies were clean & ready for us to use! If i have one comment it would be to have more paper towel on the tables! Thanks for the nice memories!
Often take my grandkids to the ddo ceramic cafe. The staff are always amazing & helpful. But this time we went in the morning, & it was much quieter, which we loved! Also glad that the turn around on the firing of the pieces is now about a week. Last time I went it took over 3 weeks to get my finished pieces! Tks
