Joy suis allée avec ma fille & elle a choisit un bol. Elle voulait faire des fraises mais nous n'avons pas trouvé de pochoir ou autre outil pour nous aider. Nous voulions faire des étoiles alors & c'était un peu n'importe quoi. Le pochoir était trop rigide & impossible de faire de belles étoiles. En fait la moitié des étoiles n'avaient juste pa l'air d'étoiles. J'ai du écrire son nom à la main pour les même raisons. & en voulant faire les étoiles les lettres de sont noms de songs abîmés. Vraiment déçue de l'expérience. Moi qui voulait passé un beau moment avec ma cocotte c'est raté .
Fun activity to do, but highly disappointed in service & the quality of what we've received. It was our first time visiting & likely our last... While we were greeted & seated by someone, nobody explained to us where to get paints or even took our drink order. We were sat, then ignored for the rest of the night. A couple next to us had to explain how the whole process worked. More than that, when we were almost done, we noticed new tables being served & being asked if they wanted anything to drink... we essentially got no service & had to completely clean up after ourselves. Which to be fair we would've, but having the audacity to ask for a tip after being completely ignored all night Strange. Plus, one of our pieces is covered in chips! Overall, a fun bonding experience & activity! Disappointed in service & what we received back.
Il y'avait trop d'enfants & bcp de bruits . Je pensais que ça allait être mieux que cela. Mais le service était bon je reviendrai donc
Super endroit, bon choix de pièces a décorer, & beaucoup de couleurs. Le service était super. Mais ils nous ont laissé à nous même. Je m attendais a plus de trucs & astuces de leur part. Demander 15-20% de service la dessus ne fait pas de sens!
My daughter & her friends really enjoyed painting over there. Thank you very much. I however would rather to be advised about the extra charge of cake option before purchasing. The employees told me I can have my own cake, but before our party they advised me the surcharge for that & the contract. On the contract, was written we had 3 hours & when I confirmed, it was changed to 2 hours, so I couldn't relate that much on the time. We started way much later the painting in order to negotiate with the supervisor about the cake surcharge & I really appreciate his/her flexibility. Over all, everything was perfect, however, I will add some racks for the jackets, I won't charge tip & surcharge for cutting the cake, I'll add more attending parents for free(our kids were small & I needed more parents). & finally, as an employee I smile more. But as I said, we will come back just because of the supervisor flexibility & the amazing ambiance.
Bel endroit avec beaucoup de tables pour peindre. Nous avons été accueilli par Fatima qui est une personne très agréable, serviable. Les indications & les renseignements étaient très explicites. Bel inventaire de pièces pour tous les goûts & les niveaux de difficultés. Au niveau sonorité, il y a un fond musical mais c'est un lieu qui est assez calme car tout le monde est concentré sur sa tâche !! Nous avons adoré faire cette activité. A refaire !
I loved it, but I'm sorry that the pieces will take 18 days to finish. The website says one week - maybe that should be corrected.
The staff was attentive. There wasn't enough space to move around & about. Would like to see a cloakroom or vestiaire!
One of my favourite places to bring my grandchildren for a fun activity. It's very chill, the children are free to go to the area where the paints & accessories are at any time to explore & grab whatever they want for their projects. The selection of items to paint is great & inspiring, from simple plates & cups to more elaborate decorative items. There are plenty of creative tools like sponges, stencils & stamps & the staff is ready & willing to demonstrate techniques or make a delicious latté. Occasionally we have a snack & the food is good & reasonably priced. I really appreciate the quiet atmosphere that is respectful of others & conducive to art making. The staff are young & service oriented & happy to help us find what we need & provide us with additional plates & paper towels. Or we can always find them easily on our own. Highly recommended.

The girls working were all absolutely amazing. Very sweet & helpful. Ive gone there a couple of times in the last 2 years but this was the best experience. Super pleasant.
We had a birthday party at Ceramic Café un the West Islsnd. It was amazing! It was very well organized, the kids had a blast & the service was perfect! Thank you for a great experience!
Went there january 13th at 11am. Young girl with dark hair, was very friendly & smiley. She took a few minutes to explain things, even though we have been there before. I appreciated the fact that she had a good customer service & was nice with my 7 year old son as well. We stayed for 1 hour. Had a cappuccino & banana bread. The visit was fun with no problems.
