I wish that the staff of 4 girl that were working were actually working. Once we got settled to our table the girl said she would be back to explain & write down our table number & ceramic number. Nope NEVER HAPPENED. I could understand if it was crazy busy but 2 of the 4 girls where just hugging one another & chatting with each other & running to the back & checking there phones. ALOT of paint bottle in the back all empty . Couldn't get help to replenish them so I just did it myself . After an hours I finally just went up to the counter asked the girl to write down our table number & ceramics & asked for a cappuccino & a lemonade took 15min. Wtf . extremely disappointed I did not tip. However I enjoyed painting the ceramic piece I got I like the options that you have & the hourly price isn't too shabby, But pls get some people who can actually do there job.

Overall experience was great. Staff were really nice, set up was good. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because our items won't be ready for 17 days which is a really long time. Only once I asked why so long was I told you had an issue with the kiln which I understand but I wish I was told this because selecting my pieces as I would have gone with a different piece based on time.

My daughter & I had a wonderful time ! So much fun & the food was delicious!!! Huge selection of ceramics & paint colours to choose from . The staff was so helpful & friendly. Definitely recommend & will be back for sure !!!

Très bien mais pour les réservations de groupe, l'organisation des factures est un peu désorganisé & lorsqu'il y a une erreur il ne rembourse pas il donne un crédit, pourtant c'est leur erreur. Le reste est super !

Belle activité à faire en famille. Seul bemolle: qualité-prix de la nourriture offerte. Une mini assiette de nachos à 14$ (généreux en olives, mais on se bat pour le fromage & les chips), c'est un peu trop dispendieux.

We absolutely loved the place. Options are great & very comfortable place to be. However, we found the prices quite high & the staff to be very immature, unknowledgeable & curt. It surprised us to hear our pieces are only going to be ready in 3 weeks & that it is our responsibility to call & check in on their status.
It appears very easy to make a reservation & get a reminder & confirmation, but no one can make a simple call to their clients to let them know their precious art is ready?
Finally, we tried to pick up art that my daughter made with a friend of hers who I brought this particular time. We were disturbed to hear that it had been thrown out & that you only keep items on site for 2 months. For the price & type of business, it was huge disappoint for me but more so for the kids who now know their art work had gone in the trash. This seems unacceptable & part of the business plan should be at least to contact clients, especially repeat ones about art remaining before throwing it out.

I brought 2 girls aged 10 & 12 who enjoyed the large selection of items to choose from.
The staff explained everything & were helpful & friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing & my cappuccino & dessert delicious!
