Their menu is wonderfully balanced with fantastic vegetarian, vegan, & gluten free options available for all meals, plus no extra charge for the gluten-free bread, which is a huge win!
For savory cravings, adding grilled halloumi to their dishes (like the Shakshuka, Tartine Verte,'Pas si faux' or even to their mushroom benedict) is an absolute must. & their Eggs Benedict? Truly on another level, featuring an authentic, freshly made hollandaise.
To drink, you can choose from different kinds of coffee beans (definitely try & recommend the Barrike bean!), perfectly brewed & prepared by Laurie, hands down the best coffee in town alongside their refreshing smoothies. Ce resto est vraiment un beau coup de coeur à découvrir dans Val-David!!! Situé devant le petit train du Nord avec une belle terrasse, Juliette & son équipe nous invitent à passer un beau moment de détente sans tracas avec des jeux sur place pour les enfants dans un joli décor artistique & un mur original dans la salle de bains rempli de belles philosophies & pensées pour nous faire profiter du moment présent qui passe si vite. Ils nous offrent une très belle variété de déjeuners pour tous les goûts. C'était tout simplement savoureux avec une cuisson tellement parfaite! Du jus d'orange frais pressé en passant par le cappuccino au lait d'avoine, le bacon fumé au bois d'érable cuit à la perfection, le délicieux porc effiloché, le bol de yaourt onctueux avec son sublime coulis de petits fruits sucrés jusqu'à la confiture de fraises des champs tellement délicieuse avec le pain croûté d'épeautre & de levain, c'était carrément explosif en saveurs! Tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails pour nous donner l'envie de toujours revenir dans ce petit coin de paradis si bien situé avec un excellent service. Le meilleur restaurant à Val David pour les déjeuner & les brunch menu original avec une belle variété de produits frais un service très amical & professionnel avec une belle ambiance je le recommande sans hésiter, bravo !

Quelle belle découverte! Le service était tout simplement excellent, chaleureux, attentionné & rapide. L'endroit est superbe, avec une belle ambiance & une belle mise en valeur des produits locaux. La nourriture est excellente & réfléchie; chaque plat semble préparé avec soin. Le café, quant à lui, était parfait!
J'ai aussi beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions qui font toute la différence : les chiens sont les bienvenus 🐾, il y a une table à langer, des couches disponibles sur place & même un espace pour allaiter confortablement. & que dire de la terrasse… wow! 🌿☀?
Un endroit à découvrir absolument tout y est pensé pour passer un moment agréable, que ce soit en solo, en couple, en famille ou avec son compagnon à quatre pattes!
