-La dame agée à la caisse commence a me dire que c'est impossible, c'est au moins 14,95
-Bon j'apprécie pas qu'on négocie sur un prix affiché comme au marché aux puces de st-eustache mais wtv, c'est 1,50 pis je veux ma pouts
-20$ total, je tappe ma carte, ça fais bip, approuvé tout est beau, mais là elle m'astine que je dois la rentrer parce que la facture est pas sortie.....
Heille je vais pas payer 40$ pour une mini (leurs mots) galvaude!
Quand ça devient clair qu'elle sait pas utiliser la machine pour les cartes & que j'aurai pas ma poutine, je lui dit poliment que je vais aller manger ailleurs.
En sortant elle crie au cooks de laisser parce que'ya pas d'argent'........................................

Super casse croute de quartier. Les employés sont tjrs hyper gentil. Leurs poutine est vraiment bonne, je dirais même'parfaitement bonne'. Je recommande cet endroit fortement.
Nous venons chaque année voir notre fille à Verdun & le Casse Croûte Normand est un incontournable 💖. Équipe sympathique 🥰Une des meilleures poutine que j'ai mangée 👌😋. Alors RDV en 2026🫶.
My god ca fait des années que j'ai cesser d'y aller, c'était devenu pas mangeable . la j'essaie a nouveau j'entends que c'est nouveau proprio. je suis très très déçu.
1- Serveur commande de servir une poutine a son vendeur donc il est servie avant nous.
2- Je sais pas si c'est pour cela mais ma poutine au boeuf & bacon avait pas beaucoup de patate
3- La poutine italienne était surement fait avec de la sauce a chili pour les hot dog c'était tellement fort ca bruler ma langue, mon palais & mes lèvres impossible de manger ca.
desolé mais non franchement ca passe pas pour nous

This place is a classic! Owner Ali took the time to walk me through the entire menu - super friendly & amazing & fast service. Claude & Robin were such cool characters too. The food was yummy!
Next time, I'd skip the big burger & go for two smaller ones - about the same price but better value. We got the meal with poutine (options of all types of freshly made sauces) & upsized it to add sausage; I had expected it to be grilled, but it turned out to be plain boiled.
When in Montreal, we love finding unusual & unique gems like this.
All in all, a pretty inexpensive spot with a wonderfully old-school charm. Perfect for a casual date night!
My partner & I moved to Verdun in 2022 & this place has been one of the few that we love here that has still remained, & it's easy to see why. The food is fantastic & filling, the staff are kind & sweet, & you can tell they care deeply for their community with their'gift a meal' program & regularly selling other products from small businesses, like the maple donuts they have now. We love them. Wishing them continued success & happiness!
