Welcome to Casa Mare, a family-run bring-your-own-wine restaurant that has spanned three generations since 1974.
Founded in 1974 by Marco Fanone, his son Oreste Fanone took over until 2024. Since November 2024, the founder's granddaughter, Sandra, and her husband, Maxim, have taken over the reins of the family business.

Casa Mare is described as a cozy Italian favorite with delicious pizza and pasta, generous portions and authentic flavors, from crispy crusts to well-balanced sauces and a range of dishes including bruschetta, pasta, chicken dijonnaise, seafood and salads. The atmosphere is warm with an old school vibe, and service is consistently friendly and attentive, making it a reliable pick for dine-in, takeout or catering. A few notes mention the dining room can get loud on busy nights and that a dish could arrive a touch warmer, but the overall experience is praised for great value, steady quality and reasons to return.
Great food, although speaking for myself only, as I am on a Keto diet, there is very little to choose from in this type of establishment, so I chose the Chicken Parm with a side of veggies & a Salad. Very satisfying meal. Don't miss the pasta at all, nor the pizza. But they sure do sell a lot of pizza for pickup. Obviously a very good pizza. Also being a BYOW is advantageous price wise.
We went back tonight (June 20, 2025) & I had the the Table d'hote, which consisted of a house salad, which was delicious, chicken dijonnaise, with linguine aioli. Which was to die for, & coffee. With tax it was $33.34.+ tip. Which was very reasonable. After all of that I didn't need dessert.
Le meilleur restaurant familial italien de la ville rapport qualité / prix , service est parfait , les portions sont généreuses, les pizzas sont incroyables avec beaucoup de garnitures & leur sauce maison est tout simplement délicieuse .

Service is great & attentive. The atmosphere is fun when the place fills up, however the food is an old school american-italian fare.....so it's not Italian at all, however the restaurant seems to be busy so that & it's been around forever they are doing something right, it's just not my thing
Their current $22, 14'' pizza promo is the best deal in town. Add to that the 10% discount for pickup orders, & it is a complete no-brainer. The pizza is loaded with toppings & has a hearty crust.
we were a big group of a about 20. Service was great. Food was just what I expected from a traditional Italian place. The Caesar salad was perfect & the chicken parmigiana made me feel warm & satisfied! Everyone seemed very happy with their choices, wether it was pasta, pizza, or even the fish.
The pizza had always been awesome in the past. It's been a while since I ordered a pizza from them, & the pizza was all good, great, except, & a big except, the sauce. It had absolutely no taste at all... Bland!..Very unfortunate

A lovely cosy little gem featuring amazing Italian food, hidden away in a strip Mall on Pierrefonds blvd Had not been there in ages & found the food was fantastic...authentic & delicious. A new menu filled with many choices with reasonable prices. The service was great / the portions very plentiful, we could not finish it all so they provide boxes so you can savour the leftovers the next day ! Bring your own wine makes it even more appealing & inviting. Would highly recommend & will be returning again very soon ! 5 Star rating...on all counts. Thank you Casa Mare for a wonderful evening.
Great restaurant all around. Bring your own wine! Nice homey atmosphere. Service was great. The lady was very attentive & helpful. Never knew about it- a group of us got together so we ended up here! Good was delicious. Authentic. Well made!
Tjrs excellent mais c'est malheureux qu'il n'y a plus la traditionnelle pizza à partager à la table. Ça créait un ambiance typiquement italienne rare ds les restos de mets italiens. Mauvaise décision à mon avis puisque l'expérience au resto est aussi importante que le menu.
