J'ai réservé pour 65 personnes en sachant que nous allions être moins. Entre 45 & 65 personnes. Ils m'ont assuré que si j'étais moins, je pourrais partir avec un crédit car je saurai obligé de payer pour les personnes manquantes. Or, une fois le souper terminé, ils ne veulent plus me donner le crédit. Ils veulent que je parte avec 18 repas ( nous étions 47 adultes + une dizaine d'enfants)! C'est impossible, je ne veux pas gaspiller. Après une altercation avec le gérant, Tom, ils me forcent à payer sinon ils appellent la police. Ça m'a coûté 1700$... Il n'avait tout simplement rien à négocier avec le gérant. Pourtant son restaurant était vide & nous avions amené un bon revenu pour la soirée. J'était prêt à payer pour les 18 personnes en échange d'un crédit. C'était cela qui était convenu avant le souper & j'ai même confirmé avec les serveurs à mon arrivée. Le gérant m'a dit que ce n'était pas inscrit dans mon contrat. Donc nous avons payé pour un souper passable au plus & ils nous ont volé 1700$ (+ tips fixe alors que ce service n'avait pas été fait pour ces 18 repas). Incroyable...

The food here was great. Portion was good. Ambience was great. Service was great but i felt like the server almost ruined the experience at the end for me. My friends & I were visiting Montreal for the 1st time & we decided to have my husband birthday dinner at this restaurant. The plan was that when the bill comes, my friends will give a tip to the server for a great service. Now after we all paid for our meal & my friends gave the server a tip, she passed the POS machine to me again insisting i give her a 12% tip!! (like she was very specific. she did the math, told me the amount, entered the amount on the POS & passed it to me to pay!) I was so shocked & confused at that point because we literally just tipped this server! She was rude even when asking for the tip & I am not sure if this is the norm at this restaurant. Like i don't understand why we should tip the server twice! In order not to create a scene, I tipped her again & walked out.
