Casa Galicia has been a staple of Spanish cuisine in Montreal since 1977. Founded by Laurentino Oliveira and still proudly family-run, the tradition continues today with Jorge Oliveira and David Oliveira at the helm.

Bienvenue en Espagne, ce restaurant vaut le détour !
Tout est parfait, l'accueil, la nourriture, l'ambiance & la décoration.
Un espace speakeasy est désormais disponible au sous-sol, trop beau.
Je recommande ce lieu sans hésiter 1 seconde.

Ce fût un bon moment, l'accueil était chaleureux. Pour ce qui est de la nourriture nous nous sommes régaler en prenant une entrée Trio que l'on a partagé & par la suite nous avons pris la table d'hôte. Nos choix ce sont arrêtés sur la paella Valenciana & le filet mignon. Nous envisageons pour notre prochaine visite d'assister au spectacle de Flaminco qui a lieu les vendrediet samedi. Déjà hâte d'y retourner.

Everything was absolutely wonderful!! From the attentive service to the delicious food, & even the incredible Flamenco show! The whole experience felt vibrant & authentic.

Convenient location (on Rue St-Denis near Theatre St-Denis); easy to reserve online or by phone; clean; quiet (but there is regular live Flamenco music later on some evenings - we were there on a Sunday); nice atmosphere; warm reception; good Spanish (Catalonian) menu (paella, fish, seafood, tapas etc.), & well stocked European wine & spirits list; drinks & food were served quickly with good presentation; very good price/quality; recommend.
