Casa Galicia has been a staple of Spanish cuisine in Montreal since 1977. Founded by Laurentino Oliveira and still proudly family-run, the tradition continues today with Jorge Oliveira and David Oliveira at the helm.

Recognized as one of the best Spanish restaurants in North America, Casa Galicia specializes in authentic Galician cuisine, offering classic dishes like paella, zarzuela, and a variety of regional specialties. Guests can pair their meals with a refreshing pitcher of sangria considered among the best in Montreal, or explore the restaurant’s unique wine cellar, featuring reserve wines from Spain’s most prestigious winemaking regions.

Magnifico ambiente con un servicio de primera. Las entradas, pulpo a la vinagreta, croquetas de bacalao, camarones y calamares a la plancha, estaban deliciosas. La paella no lleno mi expectativa, el arroz era granos largos ¨no alborio¨, hacia falta azafran y camarones estaban muy cocidos. Mas sin embargo, espero tomen en consideracion el comentario de la paella. Se que vuelvo... y 5 puntos por la Sangria!

Je le recommande fortement un petit restauration mais très chaleureux & accueillant , le service est génial la paella 🥘 est très délicieuse, le spectacle flamengo ajoute beaucoup de charme à l'espace le guitariste est un vrai artiste vraiment talentueux.

Un joyaux espagnol présent au Quartier Latin!
Un lieu qui respecte la tradition espagnole de la cuisine au divertissement.
Qualité prix vous serez servis, surtout le menu "suggestion du chef" est un excellent choix!
Idéal de visiter vendredi & samedi soir pour assister à des spectacles de chant & de danse, à visiter en semaine si vous désirez déguster dans la tranquillité.
