First time at Carrera's this evening. I ordered a pepperoni & an all dressed. When you open the box, the pepperoni cups will definitely stand out the most. It's a style of pepperoni that isn't common in Laval & that's what tempted me to go to Carrera's. The cheese & sauce complement each other. The veggies on the all dressed were flavourful. The taste of the mushroom was well pronounced. The unsung hero is the dough. The dough is so good & the crust is fluffy. It has a nice bite to it, chewy on the inside, little crispy on the outside. The pizza comes with a cup of spicy honey to drizzle over the pizza & a cup of Nutella. I was stunned as the owner was explaining. Turns out it's for the crust. I was sceptical at first but then I tried it. The crust, in my opinion, is tied at #1 with the pepperoni as my favourite things about this pizza. The crust did not need anymore accolades to stand out but pairing it with the Nutella took it to the next level. I'm so happy Carrera's is a 3 minute drive from my house. A place like this wouldn't typically open around here but I'm glad that they did. Go try out the pizza, you won't be disappointed. Good price, good food. You can't go wrong here.

Ordered two cheeseburgers, pepperoni pizza, garlic fries, & chicken poutine. The pizza crust was fantastic. The burgers were the best I've ever had in the area. The garlic fries were addicting. The poutine was real great. This is the first time we've tried the place & it definitely won't be the last!

The ambiance is super cozy & relaxed but modern. I ordered a pizza, a poutine, & a burger. It was enough to share with me & my two boys. The prices are affordable, & the portions are generous. The quality of the food does not disappoint & it's extremely fresh. My coup de coeur was the hamburger. I got a cheeseburger with everything in it. It was juicy. The bun was not dry but like a fresh brioche bun that doesn't over power the hamburger. I really like the fact that you can go with your kids or with a friend for a coffee & a pastry.

If you haven't been to Carrera's Resto yet, you're missing out on a hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere welcomes you with its warmth & charm. The food is nothing short of spectacular. The pizza is decadently delicious, with a perfect crust & toppings that will leave you wanting more. The smashed burger? Absolutely smashing in every sense - juicy & packed with flavor. Don't even get me started on the onion rings - they are a crispy, golden masterpiece! & the poutine? So yummy, it's a must-try. Let's talk about drinks - the Freddo espresso is hands down the best I've ever had. Perfectly crafted, it's the ideal pick-me-up for any coffee lover. The staff are incredibly friendly & courteous, making the entire experience feel like a visit with friends. To Peter & Georgia, wow! You've created such an amazing place. A true must-try for anyone looking for great food, fantastic drinks, & a cozy atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!
