IMHO, best subs & pizza in the west-island. Not particularly cheap, but excellent food. I've removed one star for service because once I ordered my food for a specific time to make sure it's done exactly when I show up to make sure it's still hot when I get home (I live far from the place). I had a slice in the car before leaving & it was already kind of cold. The second time I did the same thing but I came in 15 minutes before the time I said & my order was already ready. This mean they made my food as soon as I hung up & if I would've shown up at the time I said, my food would've been sitting there for at least 15 minutes. I'm not sure what to think, maybe they'll see this & rethink their approach... That being said, their food taste good.
Walking into Calzone Pizza, I was immediately struck by the warmth & welcoming vibes from the staff, stretching from the reception all the way to the kitchen. My taste buds were in for a treat - I opted for both the Mexican & pizza calzones. To say they were nice would be an understatement; they were unbelievably fresh, bursting with flavors that had me muttering "OMG" with every single bite. It's hard to put into words the craftsmanship behind these culinary masterpieces, but one thing is for certain: they were soooooooooooooooooooo good. It's rare to come across food that not only meets but exceeds your expectations, & Calzone Pizza has managed to do just that. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional eating experience!
I just had one of the best pizzas of my life today Monday December 4. After going to the gym I was starving & at around 7 I picked up a whole Hawaiian pizza for my self & it was 🔥. Some of the best customer service ever. The young lady at the front was super nice & patient with me. 10/10
Une bonne pizzeria de quartier, des pizzas généreuses sans excès & un service rapide à chaque fois. Il est possible d'acheter la pâte à pizza pour cuisiner chez soi. Aucun effort particulier pour donner une ambiance à la salle, simplement des tables & des chaises pour engloutir son repas avant de quitter.
Pour paraphraser Jean 1:46, peut-il sortir quelque chose de bon de l'Ouest-de-l'Île ? Oui, de délicieuses pizzas ! La dernière fois que j'ai accordé de la crédibilité à TripAdvisor comme guide culinaire est lorsque j'étais à la recherche de la meilleure pizza à Montréal (c'est une très vieille histoire, rassurez-vous). Tandis qu'on me promettait une expérience incroyable digne de l'Italie, j'avais abouti dans une sorte de demi-sous-sol à manger un calzone des plus médiocres en compagnie de membres de ma famille tout aussi dépités. C'est donc que le nom même du restaurant que voici me faisait frémir : Calzone... Calzone... Calzone... Eh bien, j'étais loin de m'imaginer que j'allais déguster une merveilleuse pizza à croûte épaisse & débordante de fromage. Je n'hésiterais même pas à la qualifier de meilleure pizza que j'ai savourée dans cette partie de l'Île de Montréal jusqu'à ce jour. Les deux pizzas « spéciales », nommément le « spécial Calzone » & le « spécial Archie », sont les plus populaires & méritent certainement votre attention. Elles devraient remporter un franc succès lors de vos fêtes à domicile. Je spécifie bien « à domicile », car l'intérieur du Calzone est quelconque en dépit du service attentionné & enjoué dont j'ai fait l'objet. Quel grand soulagement de savoir que, dorénavant, le mot « Calzone » résonnera de manière nettement plus positive dans mes oreilles.
Disappointing… After being sent the wrong pizza TWICE, & having the manager doubt us & act with no empathy, we will not be returning. She doubted our integrity as she claimed the owner made the pizza, & would not make a mistake.
The two stars are for the awesome delivery driver who cared more about customer service, & our satisfaction than management.
