Les propriétaires sont toujours souriant & courtois. Je ne suis pas un client régulier, pourtant ils se rapelle toujours de ma commande. C'est plaisant de commencer la journée avec un bon café.

Vraiment dégueulasse. La dame asiatique à la caisse m'a donné un très mauvais service & l'endroit n'est pas du tout hygiénique. Elle mettait ses doigts dans la nourriture & je l'ai vue goûter des macaronis , ceux servis ensuite au client. Les prix sont exorbitants, ça n'en vaut vraiment pas la peine. Le service m'a vraiment dessus je ne conseille pas cette endroit.

Was early for work decided to have an extra breakfast. Great place to wait & have a coffee. Spacefull, peacefull cafe. Great service, great food, great place. Quiet place in a very busy city intersection. Recommended for sure.

i have been going to this location since 2021 but never had the chance to make a review. well here it is. this is the best location for cafe van houtte in ALL of montreal. the sweet asian couple manage & make the food beautifully! so fresh & always kind & hospitable.

This cafe offers a cozy, inviting atmosphere, perfect for both relaxing & working. I visited with a friend, enjoying the calm vibes & soothing background music as we worked & sipped on coffee.

I tried a long espresso, Nutella croissant, & a carrot cake square in honor of National Carrot Cake Day. The espresso was rich & smooth, with a well-balanced flavor & a nice crema. The Nutella croissant was light, flaky, & generously filled with creamy Nutella, making it a delicious, sweet treat. However, the real star was the carrot cake square-moist, spiced perfectly, & topped with a tangy cream cheese frosting that was not too sweet, offering the perfect balance of flavors.
The cafe itself was relaxing, with a warm atmosphere & friendly service. It's a great spot to unwind, work, or enjoy a tasty treat, & I'll definitely be back.

2stars for 2reasons: First, I asked the "barista" it's my first time here, please make the espresso good,she replied with "it's just the way it is". Second, "the way it is" was a single shot of 80 to 100ml.
