I go pretty often cause I work close, food is always amazing it's really just the staff. I get that sometimes working with clients all day long can be stressful & exhausting but even tho I always go with a smile & say please & thank you I have never gotten a pleasant experience with the staff there unfortunately☹?

My go to place before starting my shift at the hotel across the street. I love because it's fast, good quality & they have a large variety of healthy products! Fidal is the best there, he always serves me with a smile :)

Wow, best experience ever, as tourists, we were picking up our rental car from the Palais des Congrès & decided to have lunch at Van Houtte. We all enjoyed the fresh & tasty food. Employees are kind, clean, energetic, & very helpful. We were served with a big smile. It is much more than a Coffee Shop! Highly recommended.
