Great coffee with plenty of options, including many non-coffee drinks. Good protein choices covering both animal & vegan, plus a solid pastry selection featuring a decadent pistachio croissant. Lots of quick meal options too: sandwiches, salads, fruits, cheese, & more.

My only reason for 4/5 on food is the limited vegetarian & vegan options beyond pastries & muffins. That said, as a coffee place, I'd easily recommend it.

Hors de prix, 17 dollars un petit sandwich qui n'a même pas été chauffé, & un dessert... il y a peu de choix au Palais & ils en profitent, c'est lamentable.

Il faut faire du bruit pour avoir l'attention du personnel qui a le nez sur son téléphone. Une fois qu'on nous a répondu, il retourne sur leur téléphone.

A very bad experience. I ordered a regular coffee & clearly asked for one sugar & one cream. When he handed it to me, I even double-checked & asked if he had added one sugar & one cream, & he said yes. But in fact, he didn't add anything. It was such a disappointing experience & a waste of my money. An employee like this shouldn't be working at the front counter.
