Il faut faire du bruit pour avoir l'attention du personnel qui a le nez sur son téléphone. Une fois qu'on nous a répondu, il retourne sur leur téléphone.

A very bad experience. I ordered a regular coffee & clearly asked for one sugar & one cream. When he handed it to me, I even double-checked & asked if he had added one sugar & one cream, & he said yes. But in fact, he didn't add anything. It was such a disappointing experience & a waste of my money. An employee like this shouldn't be working at the front counter.

J'ai acheter un smoothie a la mangue comme chaque dimanche matin mais aujourd'hui c'était pas la même chose il était vraiment pas bon je suis retourné vers elle j'ai dis que y'a un problème elle me l'a juste mixer c'est devenu de l'eau avec de la poudre de mangue sachant que il est un peu givrée d'habitudes franchement service nul pour 12$ mais je peux même pas le boire ou me refaire un nouveau c'est honteux
I go pretty often cause I work close, food is always amazing it's really just the staff. I get that sometimes working with clients all day long can be stressful & exhausting but even tho I always go with a smile & say please & thank you I have never gotten a pleasant experience with the staff there unfortunately☹?
Tres ordinaire. L'employé qui m'a servi ne connaissait pas le menu. Ils n'avaient pas les produits spéciaux annoncés (menu du temps des sucres). J'ai pris un grilled cheese au jambon, correct sans plus, le muffin était hyper sec. Ca devait faire une semaine qu'il était là. J'ai bien aimé le café glacé par contre
La nourriture étais exelente, le côté décevant est au moment de prendre place au restaurant pour déguster notre goûter,les tables étais dégoûtante & très sale, pourtant il est 13:30 & le public est présent depuis 11:00 pour le salon du VR, j'avais l'impression qu'ils n'ont pas été nettoyer depuis une semaine.
