Le café est bon & correspond à la réputations du monsieur sur le gobelet, tant qu'au carré au dattes, il m'as personnellement paru trop moux, se décomposait au simple toucher mais tout de même un bon accompagnateur au café noir. Personnel souriant & efficace.

I was at your branch around 2 p.m. on November 26. A man with a white beard & a cap, who appeared to be a senior employee, was rude & unprofessional. I placed my order in English, & he replied in French. When my friend asked if he could speak English so I could understand, it was clear that he understood English well. However, instead of switching languages, he made fun of us & responded disrespectfully, even making jokes about my friend's age. He also told me to'learn French because this is Quebec.'
Working in a café means serving people from many different backgrounds, so being able to communicate in both French & English is important. I fully respect the French language & its importance in Quebec, but his comment was unnecessary & made me feel unwelcome. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Expérience très décevante. Le Monsieur a manqué de respect & de professionnalisme. Bien que j'exprimais simplement ma commande en anglais, il a refusé de faire un effort pour communiquer ou de demander l'aide d'un collègue. Pire encore, il s'est moqué de moi & a fait des remarques déplacées sur mon âge. Ce genre d'attitude est inacceptable dans un établissement censé accueillir tous les clients avec respect.

The experience there was perfect. I never went to a cafe that good. The coffee was heavenly & delicious. The staff is also really kind, smilling & patient. I was never treated so kindly & they always help me with my questions about their menu. I definitly recommand trying it!

The staff was so kind, I went there with my mom last evening. My mom is in a wheelchair so I told the staff that I was going to bring my mom to a table & come back for the trays of food. As I was getting ready to get back to the counter, there were 2 employees that already had the trays in hand & brought them to our table for us . We had a prosutto, camembert & apple sandwich with a pasta salad & cappuccino all very good.
