Je viens souvent dans cette place puis l'employée la batiste une fille très gentille qui serve avec toujours une sourire je vous la recommande fatima qui fais de bon café !
I recently visited this coffee shop with a friend, & it was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had. From the moment we placed our order in English, the barista deliberately responded in French. I understand that some people prefer speaking French, but the way they handled it felt intentionally rude.
There were three baristas-one man & two women-& a manager. While making my coffee, they openly stared at me, laughed, & joked among themselves, right in front of me. We had placed two orders, & they only made one. I waited patiently, only to notice them making faces & treating me like I didn't belong. It took the owner intervening for them to remember the second order, which they handled with the same careless attitude.
To make matters worse, while everyone else in the lounge had proper cups, we were given take-out cups-even after confirming we were dining in. It was hard not to notice the blatant disrespect & RACIST behaviour. The staff acted lazy, unprofessional, & downright hostile.
I DO NOT recommend this café to anyone, especially non-French speakers. The staff were not just unfriendly-they were openly RACISTTT. Easily the worst coffee shop experience I've ever had.

Superbe établissement pour prendre son café & son déjeuner. J'y vais chaque année depuis 2017, quand je peux. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Toujours bien accueilli. J'y reviendrai sans hésitation. Bonjour de Belgique !
Le café ferme à 3PM, non 5PM. J'ai demandé au gérant pourquoi & il m'a répondu de façon très arrogante. C'est dommage, car ça ne donne pas envie d'y retourner & les autres employés sont très sympathiques.

Je suis vraiment déçue… J'ai commandé un café infusé à froid avec lait d'avoine & caramel salé, & il était franchement imbuvable. Pour 8$, on s'attend à une certaine qualité. Habituellement, j'aime beaucoup vos cafés, mais celui-ci goûtait vieux & beaucoup trop sucré. Je n'ai pas été capable d'en boire plus que la moitié - il a fini à la poubelle.
J'ai bu un délicieux latté matcha à ce café, avant de me rendre à un spectacle. J'ai adoré ! Le personnel était gentil. Merci pour cette agréable pause !
Le café est bon & correspond à la réputations du monsieur sur le gobelet, tant qu'au carré au dattes, il m'as personnellement paru trop moux, se décomposait au simple toucher mais tout de même un bon accompagnateur au café noir. Personnel souriant & efficace.

I was at your branch around 2 p.m. on November 26. A man with a white beard & a cap, who appeared to be a senior employee, was rude & unprofessional. I placed my order in English, & he replied in French. When my friend asked if he could speak English so I could understand, it was clear that he understood English well. However, instead of switching languages, he made fun of us & responded disrespectfully, even making jokes about my friend's age. He also told me to'learn French because this is Quebec.'
Working in a café means serving people from many different backgrounds, so being able to communicate in both French & English is important. I fully respect the French language & its importance in Quebec, but his comment was unnecessary & made me feel unwelcome. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
The experience there was perfect. I never went to a cafe that good. The coffee was heavenly & delicious. The staff is also really kind, smilling & patient. I was never treated so kindly & they always help me with my questions about their menu. I definitly recommand trying it!
