Très mauvais service à la clientèle. Ils ne savent pas qu'au Québec le client est roi. Quand la cliente n'apprécie pas votre matcha soit vous la changer ou elle devrait être remboursée. Si non c'est du vol. Heureusement nos cie de carte de crédit sont à notre écoute.

Honestly a Great place to sit down & relax. The drinks however was very mid & watery. We got the iced tea & matcha,not too flavorful. Otherwise they had exceptional customer service & atmosphere.

Expérience plutôt mitigée au Café Tranquille. La serveuse était très agréable, à l'écoute & le service a été rapide. L'intérieur est chaleureux & cozy, parfait pour prendre un café tranquillement.

Par contre, l'espace extérieur n'était malheureusement pas aussi propre, ce qui nous a poussés à rester à l'intérieur.

On a pris un latté & un espresso. La qualité du café était plutôt moyenne!

La placé est vraiment super jolie. L'ambiance est bonne, le personnel est hyper souriant mais malheureusement le café n'était pas bon. Mais reste que c'est un très bel endroit où passer du temps… avec un café pas top.

I find this unacceptable & wasteful - one of toilets is in a never ending flush loop. This is in addition to the bathroom as a whole being absolutely filthy. For such a popular place, one would think more could be put into something so basic.

Food court bathrooms are not this bad.
What a waste of water!

Willing to remove this if im told its fixed.

It's a very nice place with a beautiful large space. Especially if you want to work with your laptop there are a lot of tables indoors & outdoors. I definitely recommend this place.
