We live nearby & had been walking by Café Toranj for months so we finally decided to give it a try & the place surpassed our expectations. Delicious Iranian food, very nice staff, some lovely live music to accompany our meal, we couldn't have been happier with our evening. As newly arrived immigrants, the waiters & cooks are not fluent in french but they will do their best to explain the menu & make your evening enjoyable. As a group of 10 people, we appreciated their flexibility & openness. The atmosphere is nice, although it could be slightly improved with better/dimmer/warmer lighting in certain parts of the restaurant.
Great Iranian food, decor seem very authentic. Service was trying hard to be helpfull but a bit disoriented.
The atmosphere is nice but i went there twice & each time most of item in their menu is not available. We order tea & coffee, didnt like them much
best food & service 💯❤️🤗Thank you team for all your efforts & time 🤗
Very nice presentation of food & dinnerware. Saturday good live music & nice atmosphere
Food here is just so great!! Staff are so friendly & welcoming! Keep the good work Toranj team!
the food is really good, but the service is really poor. This has happened for the second time & I'm just gonna explain the second one: My friend ordered tea for one person, & they totally forgot it & 30 minutes later we reminded them & 15mins later they brought tea for all of us (6 people) to make up for their delay. We wanted to have a birthday party & they didn't really care that much about putting the cake in their fridge (& said you do it yourself) Also, the number of waiters & waitresses are low & insufficient for the whole ppl there. We ordered preserved olive (parvardeh olive) & after 10 minutes they said it's not available. The garnish wasn't good at all & although they said we would serve you this specific garnish, they didn't have it. Nevertheless, they served free tea for the cake which was really good & didn't charge us extra for the service of the cake. To conclude, if you go there once, it's okay. But I myself am not going there again.
We were walking in the neighbourhood, craving Persian tea & were so tired. We found this place & asked for a real brewed black Persian tea. The gentleman brought a big pot of tea with Navat in a very nice tea set. The atmosphere was lovely & smelled so good. We were not hungry otherwise we would try a big dish. We will come back soon to try a dish defiantly.😍
It is an awesome place to get a coffee! The service was wonderful & the ambience so immersive!! I recommend to give it a try!
Beautiful place ! Awesome service (the waiter Aryan is really sweet & gentle), awesome experience of the Iranian cuisine !! We ordered Thé perse with ginger (just delicious & beautiful), gâteaux, latte with anis & latte zafran. All amazing. Definitely we are coming back 🥰
Very attractive environment ,& a nice singer ,& no good kebab ,if a chef can't make a special food ,it had better removed it from the menu .
Its was great experience being there l had the Nahstah 3 & it was delicious the service was really good recommend for a nice brunch & breakfast place
Great food & service, we were here for breakfast & really enjoyed the experience!

It was my favourite cafe in Montreal. Thanks Alireza for hospitality & great service. Highly recommend it.
