cafe(27) persian(23) tea(20) recommend(18) coffee(18) brunch(16) iranian(15) flavor(13) saffron(13)Really delicious & simple meals that come out in style. I tried the Gheimeh Nesar Ageau which is a lamb rice plate with middle eastern dried fruits & spices. It was really fresh & tasted homemade. Not too strong of a flavor, it was delicious though. & then i also tried for the first time a saffron decaf latte with soy milk. It was a bit earthier & richer taste them coffee on is own. It just masked all the sweetness & made the coffee taste more mature to my palette. It was really good! This Iranian/Persian cafe is beautifully designed & perfect for hanging out or a date & to have Turkish coffee, tea, share plates & desserts & more. One small note is that there is some cleaning that could be done & service is not so attentive... you will have to get up & ask to be waited on. Also, plates are a bit pricey, but they are filling. My plate could've fed two easily.View more
The staff could of cared just a bit more, I wasn't checked on during my meal ( was not busy during this time) I got the Do Piaze, wasn't worth 15$ & the rose & Saharan was refreshing but also not worth 11$ in total spent 33$ & felt it lacked ambiance, attentiveness, & both quality & quantity of food. & I had to bring in my own food along with asking to pay because I was attended to at all after getting my dish. But, presentation of food was beautiful.View more
Had heard a lot about this place, known for the best persian food in the area. The chicken rice dish is supposed to be the most famous, so we tried that, & the eggplant platter, which was okay. But the bread that came along was really tasty. We did find the yogurt sauce with rice was less, & when we asked for more, they didn't have it. Overall, it was an amazing experience, will definitely go again.View more
Went with my girlfriend, we both liked the food. large portions. Staff were friendly. Would recommend. It cost around $45 for us to have a full meal with coffee.View more
Fast (10min) delicious food with nice presentation in a pretty atmosphere (relaxing clean terrace, welcoming & sweet staff). Couldn't ask for a more ideal lunch break. I had the eggplant ragout (Fessenjan) & I plan on coming back to try more vegetarian options :) the first time I stepped in here just to look at the menu, the woman at the counter gave me a yummy Persian smoothie sampler. They have vegan gluten-free pastries. Edit/ returned to try the kashkbademjan, another eggplant & yogurt dish, & it was incredibleView more
On me parle juste en anglais. Le point positif, c'est que le café est très bon. Décor pittoresque & sympathique 😅pas fait pour déjeunée ( déçu )View more
Very kind server, the food is all well made. Great vibesView more
They were disorganized behind the counter, waited more than 20 minutes for a tea & coffee.View more
Very charming place! Delicious food & friendly service. We'll certainly be returning :)View more
Excellent quality & top variety of Persian food. We came for brunch & loved everything. Highly recommended.View more
We had a party of three. We ordered bandari brunch & gheyme bademjoon. The brunch was awesome. It could taste exactly Iranian sausage. & They brought us a big kettle (ghoori) of chai. The service & server was so good!!! Will go there again next trip to MontrealView more
Iranian cafe with nice personnel. Cozy place but Interior design could be more simple.View more
I had dinner with two friends last night & we ordered the vegetarian plate & the protein plate, with a pot of chai masala tea. We were able to get an outdoor table. Excellent food & friendly service! Everything was hot & fresh, with beautiful presentation & generous portions. I've visited several times & it's always been a good experience. Thank you!View more

Like the food & atmosphere. We ordered three different dishes & we liked all dishes, thank you. The service could be more professional.View more
like others have mentioned the service is really not good, the worker was not rude at all just very inattentive (we sat outside). We ordered a latte & tea & only the latte came awhile after the food (also extremely tasteless & watery pistachio chai). I cancelled the tea since it seemed like she forgot, also had to go ask for water. But otherwise the terrace was a nice space, & the food made it worth it for me, everything had great flavor! Especially the spicy sausage dish (though not spicy) & small sholeh zard. The bread wasn't my favorite. We got the brunch Nashtaei 2 (they were out of potato pudding so swapped sausage) Overall I was satisfied 🙂↕️ but probably wouldn't be back againView more
Great food & portions, but the floor staff is absolutely terrible. Bringing water to customers is pretty basic, yet I find myself leaving my table way to often to go ask at the cash. You have to clear your own table, otherwise dishes pile up. & forget about mid-food service! Staff will leave customers after dropping off the plates to take a chit-chat smoke break together. Perhaps a portion of tips should go to customers? Very unserious.View more
