I know this is a local favorite & I want to gate keep this place but my god, it's delicious here. From the pastries to the pizzas, you really can't go wrong. I could explain it to you, but you have a mouth & tongue. Taste for yourself!

We came by to grab some desserts to celebrate a late Mother's Day & the food did not disappoint nor did the service.

As our first time there, we were unsure what to get. Luckily, the lovely young man who served us was very knowledgeable & provided us with recommendations based on preference of sweetness. He offered us samples of ice cream & it was delicious. So ordered a small cup of pistachio ice cream. He proceeded to overfill it with multiple scoops, giving us our money's worth. We also ordered bombolone which we were delighted to get an extra donut as one was'slightly smaller'. They were absolutely mouthwatering. The Nutella & pistachio were obviously on the sweeter side nevertheless great. What was shocking was how tasty the lemon flavored was! My dad who usually despises lemon desserts was actually devouring them too.

With the food service being exceptional & the desserts being phenomenal, we definitely stop by next time we are in the area.

Fan favourite - best pizza on the island since Alati changed ownership (& always was if you didn't want something too greasy). Breakfast slice with egg a standout, & pro tip for lunch is to get the potato but have them add'nduja. Coffee is smooth. Dessert specials are generally excellent & if they don't have you can't go wrong with the classic bomboloni.

Another one of these places where the staff just makes you feel comfortable about being there. The food is also great. I love their Italian sausage & rapini pizza. The pepperoni one is great too.

The people working behind the counter are just awesome. They strike up conversation, they're visually happy about taking your order & it's just a great vibe overall. Café San Gennaro makes you want to live nearby so you can hang out with these guys on a regular basis. It's a feel good place to be & a perfect summer hangout.

Incredible pizza. The tomato sauce & the dough are for me amazing. Each bite was a delight. The caprese is a must. I need more soon! The Nutella bombolone was tasty as well.
