Je suis venue il y a environ trois semaines pour y faire une réunion de travail. J'ai commandé un matcha latte au lait d'avoine, en précisant à plusieurs reprises que je souhaitais du lait d'avoine. Comme je le fais habituellement dans les cafés, car je suis fortement intolérante aux produits laitiers.

Le service a d'abord été assez lent : on m'a invitée à m'asseoir en me disant que l'on viendrait me servir à table. Lorsque mon matcha est finalement arrivé, j'avais soif & j'en ai bu une grande gorgée. J'ai immédiatement compris au goût & à la sensation qu'il s'agissait de lait de vache.

Je suis donc retournée voir le personnel pour leur signaler l'erreur. La dame qui préparait les cafés m'a simplement répondu d'un air nonchalant : « Oui, désolée, on va le refaire. »

L'erreur est humaine. Ce qui m'a beaucoup plus dérangée, c'est l'absence totale de réaction face à la gravité potentielle de l'erreur, alors que j'avais pourtant répété plusieurs fois ma demande de lait d'avoine. Aucune question pour savoir comment je me sentais, aucune inquiétude, ...

J'ai finalement dû écourter ma réunion parce que je me sentais mal & j'ai dû prendre deux journées de congé pour me remettre des conséquences de cette erreur.

Lorsque vous proposez des alternatives alimentaires, notamment différents types de lait, ça signifie que vous êtes ouverts aux régimes & besoins alimentaires particuliers. Il me semble donc qu'une attention supplémentaire devrait être portée à ce type de commande.

Une erreur peut arriver, mais j'aurais attendu plus de vigilance au moment de préparer la boisson & surtout beaucoup plus d'attention & de considération une fois l'erreur signalée.

L'emplacement est joli, par contre, le latte que j'ai commandé était tiède voir froid, & les viennoiseries ne sont pas fraîches.
Le gérant semble également colérique & peu patient.

Opening hours are random it seems. I was looking to get a coffee this morning & saw that this shop opens at 10am ('times updated by owner 2 weeks ago'). Once I got there it was closed with a small paper showing they're closed this week.

Extremely frustrating especially since the opening hours were recently updated… how hard is it to get your opening hours right?

A decent spot sitting in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff, menu isn't the most friendly if you have bad eyes like I do. Coffee was decent, no complain here, they have ac if you want to have a resting spot in the summer.
