Beautiful place with delicious eats & even tastier drinks. Have the caramel espresso martini for a good time, had the sandwich which literally melts while eating it ☺️
Cafe Parvis is an absolute gem tucked right in the heart of downtown, yet it feels like a serene escape. The ambience is warm, cozy, & lush with greenery, making it feel almost hidden away from the city buzz. The menu is simple-amazing pizzas with unique flavors, fresh & creative salads, & a thoughtful drink list with something for everyone. The prices are very reasonable for the quality & location, which makes it perfect for a casual meal with friends or even a solo treat. It's wonderful both day & night, giving a unique vibe depending on the time. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxed yet vibrant spot downtown!
Much fancier than I expected. Like bougie as hell. I ordered two drinks/ cocktails & the shrimp sausage hot dog & came out CAD$65 more broke. The cocktails were small & not strong at all despite having strawberry & rum Fraisier & a Czech spirit in them. & the shrimp sausage hot dog was interesting but the flavor was a bit mute & it just looked & sounded better than it actually was. Now the place was absolutely beautiful. A little historic looking with plants draped everywhere. It was amazing but yeah... this is a one time experience for me. Defibrillator just paid for the atmosphere & not excellent tasting foods.

the girlies & i prob bought too much food so it ended up costing more but this pizza is amazing! Has that coconut milky taste that reminded me of southeast asia:) the french toast was presented nicely & the sandwich/vegan burger was huge. Forgot the name of the pasta thing with eggs but that was so filling & so saucy it was perfect recovery food for a hangover 😝 their non alcoholic drinks are amazing too - the pineapple one has a cool minty refreshing feel while the cherry one was fruity. Love it
Went here for dinner. The service was super inattentive. We had to flag down our waitress for more drinks after waiting almost 30 minutes with empty cups. She was super sweet & seemed overwhelmed so I can only imagine they were understaff. They seem to have a lot of non servers cleaning cutlery or running food. I think it would make a lot of sense to have them refill water, bus tables & check in on tables if they don't want to schedule more servers on hand. Otherwise the drinks were great & the food was super unique. I've never had a pizza like it! Would recommend to give it a try. Don't get the large salad even to share. It's too big!!! The decor is super well done.
Nice decor & atmosphere. However, they did not have much gluten free option other then salads. I did enjoy their drink selection so maybe more of a nice place to have a drink if you have one or too many dietary restriction.
All was fine but the bad quality of the music playback system spoiled the experience. I am not against music in a café, but it needs to sound well! Your sound system needs to be fine-tuned; the music played is not heard well, there is too much bass, you cannot hear the complete sound & it is impossible to get a good idea of what is being played as background music. Like that, the guest is sitting in a lovely bistró, eating very nice food & drinking good coffee, trying to have a conversation, while you cannot talk well with that music playing too loud & the sound misadjusted. grotesquely playing something one does not understand! It becomes just a boomy noise, that unfortunately takes a lot away of the nice experience of visiting Paris. It would be so easy to fix it. Please fix it so my friends & I can return.
Used to come here all the time — had a drink wrongly made, had two sips (second to make sure I wasn't being crazy) sent it back & waitress was needlessly demanding I pay for it anyway. The table was about a $500 bill & we were very kind with her the whole night. Seemed to have a lack of care or general good service manners :( food was okay but felt like it lacked a touch of care as well. Great wine!
This charming 2 floor resto is tucked away on a little side street you might overlook. But once inside the beautiful eclectic furniture, fixtures & fun music really set the mood. Went for work lunch & ordered the eggplant sandwich. It was quite disappointing & the presentation was a bit poor. Regular whole wheat bread, no sides, nothing to amp up the look. It’s too bad I didn’t snap a photo. Eggplant was good, slab of goat cheese was a bit overpowering.
That said everyone else really enjoyed their meals, all of the salads were big portions & we’ll presented. Latte was really good. Server was kind & attentive.
I will definitely give this place another shot for dinner & drinks! The atmosphere alone would draw me back for an after work 5 a 7
