I had been looking for a place like this in Montreal for so long! The food was fantastic, & the service was excellent. The owner was one of the nicest people I've met. Although our food was served a bit late, the owner gave us a free dessert to make up for it! I'll definitely go back. Be sure to try their pistachio cake & ash reshte, it was amazing!View more

We had an amazing experience at this cozy café! The Ashe Reshte & Mirza Ghasemi were absolutely delicious. The dishes were freshly prepared & full of warmth, just like home-cooked meals. The staff were incredibly friendly & attentive, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a place with great food & welcoming service, this café is a must-visit!View more

I had an amazing experience at Parfume de Pers! The Persian food was incredibly delicious, with perfectly cooked kabobs & flavorful ghormeh sabzi. Their Persian ice cream is the best in town-creamy with saffron & pistachios. The cakes in different flavors were also fantastic. Unfortunately I cannot say great things about this place even though I had gone expecting it to be great as the reviews implied. The service is friendly but the savory dishes bombed 100%. They lacked flavor & the meat was either too oily or too dry. We were a group of middle eastern ladies so maybe our taste-buds are a little more discerning & expected more flavor. We have all been to other Persian places that did a better job with the savory food. The desserts were the only thing we liked. I think I would come back for the board games with desserts & tea but I wouldn't come back for their savory food. The place is on two floors but the upper floor was closed with only us & two other small tables as customers on a Wednesday evening.View more
