Located in a heritage building, this place has a storied past. The story we choose to celebrate is its early days as home to the first print houses and publishers of Montreal. It is only fitting that we’ve dedicated an entire wall to our curated collection of books and magazines. Come in to savour an espresso and get lost in a novel, or simply pop-in for a change of pace.

Nice café, friendly staff & cozy/industrial style. A very nice touch, is that they split the seating area into workspace & laptop-free space. The staff also consequently applied these rules, where some people would still sit with their laptops & start working in'laptop-free' areas. They would kindly ask them to move to the workspace area.
For people who go there to only drink a coffee, have a bite & simply go for a talk, very nice touch.
• Latte had good flavour, foam was smooth, temperature maybe on the sight hot side, reason why the foam was dissolving a bit faster than I'm used to.
• Cappuccino was good
• Almond cake, was very tasty. Subtle almond taste, not too sweet & very light in general.
• Chocolatine, was a bit small & especially felt like it wasn't as fresh anymore as the crust itself was hard (not crunchy) & not as airy & light on the inside.
• Pancakes were a bit heavy, compact.
• Bagel was good, crunchy & soft, good flavours.

Café chaleureux & accueillant à deux pas du Centre-Ville. C'est un endroit confortable pour travailler durant le jour, mais aussi idéal pour y prendre une bouchée! Personnel agréable, beau design, bonne musique d'ambiance, présence de belles plantes (un plus 😉)... & le matcha latte est excellent! J'y retournerai pour sûr!
Je ne recommande pas pour un take-out du midi. 20 minutes d'attentes entre le paiement & la réception de mon sandwich. Le Tuna Melt est correcte pour le prix. Sans plus. On y va pour se poser pour un café.
Tellement contente d'avoir essayé ce nouveau café. Très bel emplacement, ambiance chaleureuse, la fermeture est à 19h (ils se font rares les cafés qui ferment aussi tard). Viennoiserie délicieuse, livres disponibles à la lecture, service vraiment exceptionnel. Bref, ce café est de loin ma meilleure trouvaille jusqu'à maintenant.
Nouveau café, vraiment top. Ambiance cocooning, accueil souriant, barista super conviviale & bienveillant. Ca va être mon nouveau détour à la sortie du Gym :) Je recommande à 200%
