This happened yesterday afternoon. I come here often with my friend & usually have a great experience, which is why I felt comfortable sharing this feedback.
I've had the same experience few times with one particular barista. She never seems to smile, make eye contact or respond when we say thank you. At first, I assumed she was just having a bad day, but after multiple visits it started to feel like a pattern.
Maybe I'm completely wrong, but after a while it made me wonder if there was a reason she was treating us differently. As someone who isn't white or doesn't speak French ?! I even found myself questioning whether race could be a factor! truly hope that's not the case, but it wasn't a nice feeling to leave with :(

not trying to be rude or get anyone in trouble just sharing my experience as a regular customer because I otherwise really enjoy coming here 😊🌸

This coffee shop is perfect! It's adorable inside with lots of seating options. The baristas were very friendly & helpful, & showed me the gluten free pastries. I got the filtered coffee & an iced latte, & both are phenomenal. I'd highly recommend Myriade!

Endroit décontracté avec personnel sympathique. Les baristas sont à la hauteur & ça se reflète dans la qualité du produit qu'ils préparent. Bon choix de cafés.

Dropped my pasty on my way to my table. The barista scooped it up & brought me another another instantly. It is excellent as is my coffee. I'll be back.
