"They need to hire a new barista, I ordered a cortado and what I got was an over extracted bitter espresso! I had to add sugar to make it palatable. Stick with the sugary coffee drinks here, not the place for coffee lovers. It's not that hard to dial in an espresso shot at the start of a shift."
