As you enter - go to the cash register to place your order & pay, you'll give your name & that's when you can seat yourself - when all is ready, they will walk around calling your name unless it's an expresso order where you can also pick up at the bar. We had a great time, & our experience was extremely gratifying, having both the Steak & Milano sub (all dressed), fries, soft drinks, & cannoli. Decent coffee shop, a nice vibe, & pretty popular. There are still enough seats for every customer. There is a separate section for studying, where everyone is on their laptop & more silent, the rest of the seats are for families, friends who are meeting up & eating lunch/brunch together. Pretty chill vibe, & the food was okay (not that special, but not bad). Coffee wasn't to my taste, but I'm not the biggest coffee drinker, so take that into consideration. I love this place & was so excited that it opened in the west! The atmosphere is very nice although it gets SO LOUD because it gets so busy. I love their coffee in general & dessert & sandwiches (I've tried most of them, the chicken is my fav). There is internet & plugs so I like to go for a little lunch/work session :)View more
