I've only ever had food delivered from this place so I can't speak for the service or atmosphere. However, their sandwiches are very good & filling. You can customize the ingredients you want. Prices are exorbitant though especially considering that no side dish is included with the sandwich. Also, I understand that it is a café, not a restaurant, but with that being said their menu is quite limited. Their coffee is definitely great. Their mini cannolis don't have much flavour so that was a disappointment. Maybe their regular cannolis are better?

I was taken her by coworkers & the sandwich was lovely. We walked from the seating area around to the coffee area & I saw a cockroach. I have actually never seen one in a restaurant before, it shocked me. It ran under a door. While the experience was nice with my coworkers, I would never return.

Some of the younger guys don't mark the different order when you get take out which is annoying on my part & lazy on their part. The older generation of people working actually write what the sandwich is when there's different ones in the bag.

Les cafés & les sandwichs ne sont pas bons & les prix sont trop chers pour la qualité & aussi l'endroit ne merite pas les tarifs appliqués. Aussi la clientèle n'est pas au niveau d'un endroit qui a son histoire. Ce areste un café sans plus, qui a peut être été bon à l'époque, mais présentement il ne vaut vraiment pas la peine.
Really not your average coffee shop, really crowded so a bit noisy(I felt), but overall great spot, hardworking staff, the service was quick, loved their coffee(specially mochaccino) & tried for the first time cannoli-> tasted amazing! I felt that the food(sandwiches) wasn't visually pleasing
Milano's is one of the Best Sandwiches money can buy !!!! , Fresh all the time ! , Great ambiance , Service is fast & Coffee is really good ! , place to eat in the east end for sure !!! , highly recommended !!!! .
Ca fait longtemps que j'y vais de temps a autre..les sandwich sont super bon..les salades également..je vais sans doute y retourner & le recommande..c'est pas la grosse gastronomie..tout simplement de la bonne bouffe & du bon café..
My favorite spot in the east end. Love the sandwiches & salads. I take out often here, I call & the order is always ready within 10 minutes. Prices are fair, staff is always EXTREMELY friendly. Nothing but good things to say, & they are literally open 24/7 365 days a year. Don't forget the canolis, to die for!
