As a regular customer, I was highly disappointed with my recent visit.

I ordered an affogato to enjoy on the spot, but it was served completely melted with absolutely no ice cream left.

When I asked for it to be remade, the employee dismissively told me'it is normal it melts.' I understand how an affogato works, but it should be served partially melted, not as a liquid soup.

Safe to say I will be choosing other Cafe Milano locations over this one in the future.

Je suis extrêmement déçu.

Je comprends qu'un café puisse avoir une règle interdisant la nourriture de l'extérieur. Le problème n'est pas la règle, mais le manque total de politesse, de respect & de savoir-vivre.

Je suis client depuis environ 4 ans. Aujourd'hui, j'ai acheté un cappuccino chez vous & j'avais un simple croissant acheté ailleurs. Dès que l'employé m'a expliqué la règle, je me suis immédiatement excusé en disant que je ne l'avais pas vue. Malgré cela, il a insisté pour que j'arrête de manger sur-le-champ, sans aucune compréhension ni courtoisie.

Ce n'est pas ainsi qu'on traite un client fidèle. Un simple avertissement du genre « Cette fois, ce n'est pas grave, mais la prochaine fois, merci de respecter notre règlement » aurait été largement suffisant.

L'accueil, le respect & la manière de parler aux clients sont aussi importants que la qualité du café. Aujourd'hui, j'ai eu l'impression d'être traité sans aucune considération.

Je ne reviendrai plus dans ce café & je ne le recommanderai ni à mes amis ni à mon entourage.

Café pas mal,mais toilettes pas propres.
Pas de WI-FI pour les clients.
J'ai du attendre 15 minutes pour avoir un sandwich à emporter ( 20 $ ) ,oubli ?
Quand j'ai fait la remarque, aucune excuse !
Arrogance !
L'hygiène laisse à desirer : pas de gants ni toque,celui qui encaisse l'argent touche aux aliments sans se laver les mains !

Ces derniers temps le service s'est dégradé & les tables pas débarrassés & pas propre, à chaque fois que je viens c'est à moi de nettoyer la table, aussi le café est rendu médiocre durant le shift de soir, par contre celui du matin d'Alissandro est très bon & respectueux
