Café Marigold is a thoughtfully designed small café in the heart of Montréal, celebrating local collaboration, seasonal ingredients, and artistic expression. Our menu highlights vegetarian-inspired dishes made with products from Montréal-based producers, along with house-made creations and rotating dishes inspired by the artists exhibiting in the space. We work with different Montréal roasters throughout the seasons to offer rotating coffee blends — from low-acid, chocolatey espressos to brighter, seasonal filter coffees. In the summer, we host tastings to share our passion for coffee with the community.

Love the attention to detail & the uniqueness of the food. The Focaccia with the rosemary oil & that rose latte are incredible. Plus there is such a timeless sweetness to the café with its artwork lining the walls & the pretty dishes. The staff is also very personable.
Beautiful little restaurant. As soon as you walk in, the mural with the sunflowers greet you & brings a smile to your face.
We ordered several plates to share. The portions were reasonable & the esthetics were top-notch. Everything was nicely presented. Everything was tasty. The shakshuka was delicious & the gluten-free bread was amazing. Our server Mohi was very kind & polite. We also got the chance to have a little chat with chef Sarah who was a real joy to talk to. This place is a real gem.

The barista with bangs made the best turmeric latte of my life. The service was so sweet & the vibes were amazing. Cheap food & drinks so good will be back for more
Creative (& well-priced) dishes, very tasty - each dish was a banger. The lattes were stellar. The vibe is homey - which is a nice touch to complement/contrast the fine dining level dishes. There's a lot of art on the wall & there's a dish inspired by one of the big pieces.
You can tell a lot of thought & attention was put into it! Would highly recommend.
Chef Sarah est une artiste & cela se voit dans l'exécution de ses plats! Colorés & délicieux. Une expérience culinaire incroyable. Nous avons célébré l'anniversaire d'une amie & toutes les petites attentions ont fait la différence. On a apprécié avoir pu goûter aux deux sauces offertes avec le arancini (coup de c'❤?) - champignons & sauce pesto crémeux. Mohi est si poli & gentil - vous tomberez sous le charme de cet endroit. Mention spéciale au pain sans gluten & vegan - hors de ce monde!! Sarah est aussi généreuse de son temps: elle m'a partagée son inspiration pour ce projet café. Une belle histoire mère-fille. Bravo Sarah pour cet accomplissement. C'est exactement ce qui nous fallait sur la rue Laurier!

Fantastic cafe! Drinks & food are top-notch. I've been back over & over. Great vegan options if that's your thing. Focaccia bread out of this world. Go there. I would recommend this place to anybody!
Love the super cozy, warm ambiance of this cafe!! The arts is incredible! All the cute little details of the decor. Of course, most importantly, the food is very delicious. The owner Sarah is very nice & welcoming. Definitely wanna bring more friends over!!
First, be aware that you can also get take-out coffee here: despite the sign outside I was a little unsure because it looks like more like a restaurant than a cafe. I ordered a cappuccino & brownie, both were excellent. Even though we only ordered coffees & desserts there was no problem with dining in. I will definitely be coming back!

Expectations blow away! From the moment you walk in to this hidden corner of Laurier E you understand that you've discovered something special . Then the food arrives , a perfectly balanced mix between gastronomy & comfort food that I've never quite experienced . An absolutely delicious addition to our street ! Will definitely be coming back , often !
Découvert par hasard, le café Marigold est vraiment une belle place avec de très bons plats à de bons prix. L'ambiance est très agréable & le service est super. Je recommande .

J'en reviens pas encore comment la bouffe est bonne. J'ai legit trouvé ça meilleure que beaucoup de restaurant de renommé à Mtl. Un vrai bijou caché de Mtl!!!

Excellent brunch spot with delicious coffee & creative floral dishes that are both unique & mindbending in their presentation & flavour.
I would post pictures, but I cleared the plates faster than they came out.
I do appreciate a restaurant that is accommodating to all food allergies & dietary restrictions. Which this place has plenty of
Easy pick for a cute brunch date or an afternoon work session. Very welcoming atmosphere with local art & cozy jungle like escape.
Suggestion if you're a first timer, the homemade foccacia sandwich 🤌 paired with Saffron Rose Latte 🌸
I have to say, just upon walking in I already felt like I made the right choice of trying out this new cafe in Montreal. The atmosphere is so homey & cozy & artsy - it's absolutely beautiful. The staff is very welcoming, kind, knowledgeable & efficient. The waitress knew what to offer when we wanted some suggestions as it was our first time there.
I tried a Lavender Honey Latte & I have to say I was pleasantly surprised & very impressed. It was deliiiicious. I then had the gluten free vegan gnocchi- all I can say is wow. Every single bite was so flavourful & the textures were pillowy & amazing. I finished every bite, & quickly too.
I will definitely be coming back to try another dish & am very excited to see what this place will do next. A wonderful new cafe with the best vibe & food I haven't tasted in a very long time.
Had the burrata sandwich... c'était DÉ-LI-CIEUX. Généreuse portion de burrata, champignons à point & la touche de poire, MIAM.
J'ai aussi pris le latté à la lavande & miel, qui était également superbe. Merci!!
Quel plaisir de manger des plats végétariens qui sortent de l'ordinaire. Nous avons pris 3 plats & chacun d entre eux était savoureux. Du goût, du goût, du goût , des saveurs , des saveurs. Ca goûte le soleil & la vie.

I walked in to welcoming, joyful staff & grabbed a lavender & honey latte; chef's kiss.
I started with the arancini with mushroom medley. 10/10. Crunchy on the outside, creamy & rich on the inside. The parmesan foam & mushrooms strike the perfect balance between sweet & umami.
Then I got the focaccia sandwich with cold cuts. Another 10/10. It's the closest thing you'll get to a traditional focaccia: cooked to perfection, & every bite somehow gets meatier. & the sauce… if they sold that roasted red pepper aioli in buckets, I'd be asking for barrels.
The décor is cozy, with plants everywhere, warm lighting, & walls full of paintings from artists across the Montreal community.
Would definitely come back, again & again & again!
