I visit Montreal several times a year from the States. I always make sure to enjoy a walk along the Lachine Canal. Definitely recommend taking this in during the spring & fall. During each visit, I make sure to stop for a break at the café.

I'm a cold brew fiend (expectations met), & the pastries are always a welcome treat during these canal walks. The staff is welcoming, attentive, & kind. The café has a dog window, & the excitement when a pup comes by genuinely fills the atmosphere.

If you're walking the canal, this café is a must-stop. It's also super close to the Atwater Market. You can take a drink to go, then walk over the bridge to enjoy the market. It's a great location, lovely treats, tasty drinks, & super-friendly people. Stop in, say hi, get a drink, & make some new friends (both human & fur).

Je suis allé avec mon jeune frère & on a une très bonne expérience avec les baristas souriant!! Ils ont assurés des rires à mon petit frère! L'atmosphère ainsi que le chaï latte étaient wow! Je reviendrai :P

On m'a refusé un verre d'eau en me disant :' Il y a une fontaine d'eau à l'extérieur dans la rue.' J'ai demandé un verre d'eau pour boire avec mon café latté que j'ai acheté dans ce café + 15% de pourboire. En general, dans ces cas-là, j'appelle le gérant mais ce café ne vaut même pas la peine. Honte à vous.

En marchant sur le bord du canal hier, j'ai découvert ce magnifique café.
Ambiance très cosy, idéal pour lire, étudier ou juste prendre un bon café.
J'ai pris un latté avoine très bon ainsi que le gâteau au fromage 🙊🙊🙊 miam 😋.
Mon amie a pris un chocolat chaud & un gâteau aux fruits rouge, pareil très bon.
Les filles étaient super gentilles, accueillantes & souriantes.
C'est un endroit dans lequel je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.
J'adore la déco aussi.
J'imagine qu'en été ou en automne ça serait encore plus beau.
J'ai déjà donné l'adresse à 6 personnes 🤣.

Très beau café au bord du canal avec une belle terrasse. Le latte est délicieux & un beau choix de pâtisseries.

Was attempting to bike around Montreal & got very lost. Stumbled on this place which is right on a bike path. It was a good thing too because it was turning into a very rainy fall day. Staff, food, atmosphere & COFFEE were all great!

A terrific café in a super location - right beside the Lachine canal/bike path & in sight of the Atwater market. I've had barista-calibre coffee there several times (today it was a soy latté) & the pastries & sandwiches are excellent too. Also a great variety of microbrasserie beers & some interesting products for sale, like macadamia milk. It's of course bicycle friendly & the terrace is dog friendly.

Je suis passée en vélo un jour de pluie & je m'y suis arrêtée pour la première fois. Le café est très bien situé, juste à côté de la piste cyclable, mais il n'était pas très occupé ce jour-là. J'ai pris un bah mi végétalien & c'était excellent. Il y avait plusieurs autres options santé sur le menu. Le personnel était super sympathique & attentionné. J'y reviendrai à coup sûr!
