OMG! Best flat white coffee in 2 weeks of traveling in Quebec (& I have had lots of great coffees in Quebec! So this is a very high compliment! ). Plus I had miso soup which was so savory & substantial that I really felt it was a great follow-up to an afternoon of kayaking in Orford.

I also had their pancake with red bean & it was as good as any I've had in Japan! Amazing to find it here in Sherbrooke!!

Followed all this with stunningly good pork plus mushroom onigiri (one of each)!

Will come here every time I visit Sherbrooke.

Please see the video I sent my wife & daughter while I enjoyed the flat white, pancake & miso soup!
