Review Summary

Reviews for Cafè In Gamba highlight excellent coffee and a welcoming, knowledgeable staff, with smooth cortados, creamy lattes and rich espressos praised alongside a lively yet relaxed vibe and a comfy terrace. The cafe is noted for friendly, efficient service, solid pastries including gluten free options, and a wide selection of roasted beans to enjoy or take home. Some experiences mention busy rushes where drinks are made quickly without sacrificing quality, while one review notes a service gap after a spill that affected the visit, underscoring the need for consistent customer care. Overall, the inviting atmosphere, ample seating and thoughtful touches make Cafè In Gamba a favorite spot for studying, meeting a friend, or simply savoring a well made cup in Montreal.

If you're looking for that perfect, laid-back neighborhood vibe, head to Café in Gamba on Parc Avenue.
?It's the ideal spot to sink into their cozy couch & relax. I enjoyed a smooth long espresso alongside a tasty amandine-it had the perfect sweet, crunchy layer on top! 🥐✨

Really nice coffee shop with excellent coffee. The vibes were good & the coffee selection was fantastic. Wish I'd had enough time to have more. The milk texture was top notch & the coffee flavour was excellent.

I recently discovered Caffè In Gamba at 5263 Park Ave, Montreal, Quebec H2V 4G9, & wow, what a find! 📍 The location is absolutely fantastic, with a super cool terrace that's just perfect for soaking in the Montreal vibe. You can grab a seat, relax, & enjoy watching the vibrant street life & the lovely people passing by. It's such a quintessential Montreal experience! 🤩🚶?♀?🏙?
Now, let's talk about the coffee. This might just be the strongest coffee I've had in Montreal! ☕ It's definitely potent, but in the best way possible - so flavorful & incredibly aromatic. It really gives you that boost you need. For those who love a robust brew, this is your spot! 💪
While the selection of pastries isn't huge, what they have looks absolutely appetizing & is definitely worth checking out. 🥐🍰
The terrace deserves its own special praise - it's truly a magnificent spot. Whether you want to relax & clear your head, get energized with that fantastic coffee, or even catch up on some work on your laptop, it's the perfect setting. It blends relaxation, invigoration, & productivity seamlessly. 😌💻☀?
I highly recommend stopping by Caffè In Gamba for an authentic Montreal experience, incredible coffee, & that amazing terrace!

Love the vibes & coffee there

While when you walk in past the pretty terrasse, the lineup, to the left, of serious geriatric students of the internet are a little imposing (unless it is there is a seat for YOU & your MAC), this place (equipped with TWO pristine & functioning bathrooms! You could use both!) is pretty much a temple to good coffee (& good cheer). The baristas are charming & charmingly precise with their drinks, & never once have I had a milky flower design on my coffee that didn't seem absolutely necessary. True, it ain't free, but the cortado (providing they are using a servicable bean) is pretty superlative. Baked goods, good for the neighborhood, but croissants often deflated & somewhat salty. That said, it is EXCEEEDLY rare to find a flaky fresh croissant, in part because they are too MORTAL a pastry. The place used to be a little monastic with...what do you call them, teleworkers? But in recent years the vibe is good, the patio upbeat & fillled with pretty people in the good times, & the proximity to the SAQ just perf.
