Beautiful cafe, thoughtfully localized on a vibrant street. Good coffee, mid-to-higher range prices, but about standard for Montréal coffee shops in 2026. Delicious espresso based drinks as well as other specialty drinks (loved the matcha & a big fan of their chai latte). 90 minutes restriction on wifi makes it less than ideal for students, but ensures a good rollover to allow for a good flow throughout the day (basically meaning, you will for sure find a place to sit). One of my favourites in Montreal & I am happy to support whenever I am in the area!
This was my first time going here. The tall blonde barista asked me about my weekend & was so sweet, he really made my day & I needed it, thank you! The latte & raspberry danish were delicious, I'll definitely be coming back :)
Went on a Sunday afternoon, such a great spot to grab a coffee. Staff was friendly & efficient, & my latte was delicious, as per usual. Definitely recommend for both busy & non busy times
Such a cozy & niche café shop. Great atmosphere & delicious latté. Great for studying, date nights or catching up with a friend. Definitely, will come back!
Not only was the customer service bad, I got a latte & I saw the barista re-steam the milk. When I complained that the latte tasted burnt they refused to remake it.
I stopped by café In Gamba this morning, & the vibe was really chill & welcoming, nice people around, a cozy atmosphere. I ordered a small latte, & I was pleasantly surprised by the size, it's actually quite big, which was a nice surprise! The coffee itself was really good, smooth & flavorful. I also had a croissant, perfectly crispy on the outside & soft & moist on the inside. Overall, it was a nice experience. They also sell coffee beans, mugs, & other coffee accessories.
15 dollars for a latte, a croissant & a chocolatine. The coffre was good but the food was truly awful, couldn't finish it.
There are places in the same street where I pay half the price for much better quality. I don't understand the hype.
I think I am not going back to this place. Despite being a nice place, where I have been multiple times, certain things are too much'their way' or' no way'. I wish they would have regular sugar instead of only that brown thing we need to put twice the amount & it doesn't taste the same. I wish they would have regular soft drinks & typical pastry, not only' a la vegane style. What kept me wishing to go there again is the nice ambiance with the street environment, the seating place outside connected with the interior when the garage door is open. Today it was sunny, 26 deg C outside, the garage door was closed & I inquired if they could open as to me that is the greatest feature of this place, but the young attendant said that the door would remain closed for the confort of the employees, that didn't want to work with the external heat coming inside. Well, I will look for another place where we can still enjoy life as it is meant to be.

This café offers a pleasant ambiance with beautiful outdoor seating under pergolas. However, my espresso lungo was served in a big cup & it lacked the expected richness. My wife's iced matcha latte fell flat.
I recently visited Café In Gamba & had a wonderful time! We ordered a latte & a matcha, both of which were delicious & well-prepared. We also tried their biscotti, brownie, & a vegan panini-all of which were absolutely delightful & added to the overall experience.
The service was fast, & the staff were polite, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The café itself is beautifully decorated, with a cozy & inviting atmosphere. There's plenty of seating, & the place was spotless, which is always a plus.
That said, I did notice that the tables attached to the benches are quite small-perfect for one person but a bit tight for two, especially if you're ordering food along with your drinks. It might be a bit challenging to fit everything comfortably.
Despite this minor issue, I absolutely loved my visit & will definitely be returning. I can imagine this place being even more enjoyable during the summer months, as they have a garage door that lets in plenty of fresh air, creating a lovely open & breezy vibe. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing coffee break & some tasty treats!
Un peu victime de leur succès peut-être, le latte était bon, mais aucun service client, pas de prises électrique pour charger laptop ou autre dans tout le café, chaises non confo à part le fauteuil, très bruyant pour discuter, employé discutent entre eux & laissent attendre les clients, on a vraiment l'impression de déranger. Je modifierais mon commentaire si j'y obtient une différente expérience la prochaine fois mais ça ne donne malheureusement pas envie. Par contre, le latte y'était bon

Amazing latte! The place environment is delicious is close to the park which I think is the best part of the experience you can go out & a good time in the park
Such a chill vibe. You can only work on wifi for 90 minutes. It's not the fastest either but the place is comfy & aesthetically pleasing. They have a couch, outdoor patio, bar table, seated tables as well. Literally something for all. The coffee is ok, not the best but ok. Also tried the vegan doubke chocolate chip muffin & it was a debit dense & too creamy for me. Prefer more bready, crumbly muffin. Was also a bit pricey. The decaf Soy latte with chai cost CAD$8. Not cool. Lol.
Spectacular space, top tier 3rd wave coffee by real baristas. (A little pricey, but at the end of the day I'de rather pay a dollar more for an amazing espresso or latte in a beautiful space)
