The food quality of this place has gone down a lot over years. They used to be reasonably good, now it is downright terrible. We used to get biryanis from here since 2020. I think they had a different name then, cannot remember. The price was 12.99. Now it is 10.99. In 5 years, both price & quality has gone down. I am sure 10.99 attracts a lot of customers, but they regret the food afterwards anyway. Will avoid in future.Voir plus
The taste of dosa, sambar & Mirchi bajii was bland no real taste. The tea & service was only the saving grace other items appear to be not fresh.Only things I would suggest are Puffs & Tea. Don't try other menu items to avoid disappointment. The service was fast & good.Voir plus

I've been in Montreal, Canada, for more than 16 months. I missed the taste of India the most of the time. I've seen this place a lot, but I've never eaten there. Last week, I went out & sampled several evening munchies. It is really testy. Specifically, dry pappu wada (not the regular one), spring rolls, veggie rolls, &, most importantly, sambar. Hello, If you want to taste authentic South Indian food, "Café Hyderabad" is the place to go. You will be transported to India in an instant. Today, I had a super delicious breakfast of fresh & fluffy, yet crunchy & perfectly spiced Vada with sambar & peanut chutney & finished it off with a creamy & tasty Masala Chai. I honestly, highly recommend checking out "Café Hyderabad". The ambience is relaxing with Indian music in the background & the lovely lady at the counter is charming & gracious.
