"tried the cortado a few times. the quality really varies and most of the time it is quite unsatisfying. common problems: 1. the milk was often steamed way too hot. 2. a few times the shot was very sour and there was visibly not enough crema. I think the baristas need to be trained more before they pour shots to customers."
