Cute coffee place in Laval. My young daughter told me about it for days so we went to try it
The setup & decor is cute or as my daughter says « preppy »
Tried the pistachio latte was good with a good touch of pistachio & roses
Kids tried the Nutella latte with chocolate replacing the espresso shot
Will come back for sandwiches & waffles next time

Absolutely do not recommend this café. Seems like a diy project between buddies; major lack of experience.

Firstly, the communication within the team is disfunctional; during our visit there were 3 male employees. The one at the cash had no idea what he was doing causing a 20+min delay to receive a simple iced latte. He originally started taking our order then turned around to talk with his collegue & left us hanging for a while. The one making the sandwiches had to jump in after seeing us standing there awkwardly.

Secondly, the sizes vs price point is a joke. $7 for about 200mL. The flavour profiles are absent. Very little choice of syrups, which are all pumps nothing made in house from what was shown to us.

Thirdly, we witnessed an employee taking the dirty sandwich baskets, removing the parchement & serving new sandwiches without ever washing them. A carton of milk was dropped on the ground while open, the employee picked it up & poured the left over right into our drinks. Lack of basic standard/hygiene.

I won't be visiting again, embarassed I brought 3 of my girlfriends here.

Je suis passée hier prendre un café & un sandwich, & c'était excellent. Le sandwich était délicieux, rempli de saveurs. Quant au café, ça faisait longtemps que je cherchais un café qui ne soit pas trop amer, c'était excellent.

Le personnel, notamment la jeune fille & le jeune garçon, était vraiment très accueillant, souriant & sympathique. En revanche, j'ai trouvé que le propriétaire était moins accueillant. Heureusement, les employés ont largement contribué à rendre l'expérience agréable.

Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bon café où j'aurai plaisir à retourner. Je le recommande !

Amazing place friendly staff.
Had a turkey sandwich with a delicious matcha drink that was made with very original flavors.

Super cute coffee spot in Laval!

Their coffee is delicious, & so are their sandwiches. The staff are lovely & welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to!
