Very nice cozy cafe in Laval! The place has a cute floral pink theme & the beverages we ordered were delicious. We got an iced pistachio latte (our favorite one so far), an almond milk london fog & an oat milk chai latte :) The customer service was very good too, huge thank you to Rawad 🫶

Dinks were ok, but disappointingly small. An iced latte is supposed to be about 16 oz considering that a hot latte is about 11-12 oz, so it should be 16oz when the ice is added. The iced lattes were served in 12 oz cups. I finished my drink so quickly. I would have preferred to pay a couple dollars more & have a proper sized iced latte.

Really enjoyed this coffee shop! I had the iced pistachio latte & really liked it, & my friend loved her iced matcha. Eli & Rawad were also very nice & welcoming. Overall, a really nice experience!

Worst experience ever. My first time coming & never coming back. The iced coffee was literally iced milk even when I asked to make it strong.. They didn't want to fix my order they asked me to pay an extra 4$ for an espresso to make my iced coffee stronger. The matcha tastes like water.. & the cookie was burnt. I do not recommend at all. On top of that they didn't tell us that the wifi is not working… so we paid 23$ for two drinks not drinkable & couldn't work.. Do not recommend at all!

Absolutely do not recommend this café. Seems like a diy project between buddies; major lack of experience.

Firstly, the communication within the team is disfunctional; during our visit there were 3 male employees. The one at the cash had no idea what he was doing causing a 20+min delay to receive a simple iced latte. He originally started taking our order then turned around to talk with his collegue & left us hanging for a while. The one making the sandwiches had to jump in after seeing us standing there awkwardly.

Secondly, the sizes vs price point is a joke. $7 for about 200mL. The flavour profiles are absent. Very little choice of syrups, which are all pumps nothing made in house from what was shown to us.

Thirdly, we witnessed an employee taking the dirty sandwich baskets, removing the parchement & serving new sandwiches without ever washing them. A carton of milk was dropped on the ground while open, the employee picked it up & poured the left over right into our drinks. Lack of basic standard/hygiene.

I won't be visiting again, embarassed I brought 3 of my girlfriends here.

Yum yum yum! Loved their specialty drinks, specifically their Iced Nutella Latte with condensed milk - it was a bomb drink.

the employee that served me was very nice & it's a good looking cafe. i got the pistachio iced latte & honestly it wasn't good, i found the pistachio cream way too thick & it didn't mix well w the drink so it tasted like i was drinking pistachio milk instead of coffee

i wanted to love this place but the iced coffee was expensive for what you get & the cup is very small for what u pay for. The coffee was okay but i would definitely recommend pigeon cafe or margarita cafe instead

If i could describe this cafe in one word it would be mediocre. The cafe itself is very nice however the drinks there are okay. I bought the 7$ biscoff iced coffee,that i thoroughly mixed, & it tasted like regular iced coffee that you can get for a better price at any other place which was very disappointing. My friend got iced matcha which did not taste good at all. Considering how many good reviews this place has, it was very disheartening to have had drinks this underwhelming.
