Absolutely do not recommend this café. Seems like a diy project between buddies; major lack of experience.

Firstly, the communication within the team is disfunctional; during our visit there were 3 male employees. The one at the cash had no idea what he was doing causing a 20+min delay to receive a simple iced latte. He originally started taking our order then turned around to talk with his collegue & left us hanging for a while. The one making the sandwiches had to jump in after seeing us standing there awkwardly.

Secondly, the sizes vs price point is a joke. $7 for about 200mL. The flavour profiles are absent. Very little choice of syrups, which are all pumps nothing made in house from what was shown to us.

Thirdly, we witnessed an employee taking the dirty sandwich baskets, removing the parchement & serving new sandwiches without ever washing them. A carton of milk was dropped on the ground while open, the employee picked it up & poured the left over right into our drinks. Lack of basic standard/hygiene.

I won't be visiting again, embarassed I brought 3 of my girlfriends here.

Finally a coffee shop that uses good coffee (Kittel) & knows how to properly pull good espresso shots! Great lattes! :) couldn't be happier to have a third wave coffee shop in Laval that actually knows what they're doing!

What a cute find! The service was excellent. Staff were all smiles & attentive. We had matchas & the Dubai waffle. Not too sweet, just divine. We will go back for sure. The atmosphere was great, the music was good too without being too loud. Loved our experience

the employee that served me was very nice & it's a good looking cafe. i got the pistachio iced latte & honestly it wasn't good, i found the pistachio cream way too thick & it didn't mix well w the drink so it tasted like i was drinking pistachio milk instead of coffee
