Their gelato & coffee is good but a bit pricey for what you get. They should really have more gelato flavours too or do some sort of rotation to keep things interesting. I gave only two stars because Ive been during the day & at night as well as during busy periods & slow periods. I noticed that service is inconsistent, & I would argue that customer service is even more important than the quality of your products. Some staff are friendly & knowledgeable while others are very rude for some reason. It happened a few times that the cashier assumed I was paying debit without even asking me how I'm paying & does not even say the price. Then she acts annoyed when I tell her I'm paying cash. The ambiance is a lot more pleasant during the day. The staff is less attentive during busier periods & nights. A lot of my friends want to try this place but to be honest it's a subpar experience each time. This place could thrive if they hired workers who know how to interact with customers properly.
Delicious spot for gelato & Italian desserts in Montreal! Café Gelato offers a great selection of creamy, flavourful gelato along with other classic Italian treats. The interior has a cozy seating area, & there's also a patio outside, perfect for enjoying your dessert on a sunny day. A lovely place to take a break & treat yourself!
Hands down my favorite gelato spot in Montreal. Everything I've tried has been amazing & you can really taste the quality. I've been going there for year, it's always worth the stop.

Gabriella served us & she absolutely rocked ❤? the tiramisu was SO good, made with nice mascarpone (not whipped cream). The extra dark chocolate ice cream was also a hit. Thank you!

First if you go there in the morning it feels welcoming & their coffee is amazing ,their Gelato selection can get better than what it is.

Stopped by last minute before closing. Place was a bit messy, & the menu board had prices awkwardly crossed out. Limited options, which made sense given the time. Staff was a bit sassy but really pushed the Granita di Caffè-tasted just like a Tim Hortons Ice Cap
Best Gelato in Montreal. I always enjoy my visits there because of the great atmosphere & vibes. I was served by Sienna & Gab Z & was really impressed by their kindness & determination to make me feel welcome. Okay Bye Bye

This place is amazing!! The Gelato is authentic & delicious! The vibes are fun! The coffee is very good. The staff is friendly & very accommodating! 10/10 I would recommend everyone here !
Un piccolo gioiello nel cuore di St Laurent! Un luogo davvero accogliente dove ci si sente subito a casa. Il personale è gentile, cortese e sempre con il sorriso. La qualità del cibo è eccellente: dai caffè ai toast, dai drink al gelato…tutto è semplicemente squisito. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero ottimo: si mangia bene, si spende il giusto e si esce sempre soddisfatti. Un posto che conquista sia per il gusto che per l'atmosfera. Lo consiglio fortemente a chi cerca una pausa golosa e piacevole.

Petit café découvert par accident. Super beau décor, belle variété de cafés, desserts, crème glacée & brunch même. On a testé les lattés (caramel & régulier) excellents! Service très sympathique & rapide. J'y retournerai assurément pour goûter à plus
