Crèmerie Gelato, also known as Gelatos began its career in 1962. This charming spot was created for families and friends in the area to get together to enjoy an ice cream on a beautiful summer day. It is a place frequently visited by people who would like to enjoy a delicious artisinal ice cream with an old school feeling. The Oliverio family purchased Crèmerie Gelato in 2013 and continues to follow its’ traditional ways while preserving a friendly and safe environment. The Oliverio family believes that in maintaining the quality of Crèmerie Gelato, it gives a lot to the local community and provides a space for the community to come together.

Their gelato & coffee is good but a bit pricey for what you get. They should really have more gelato flavours too or do some sort of rotation to keep things interesting. I gave only two stars because Ive been during the day & at night as well as during busy periods & slow periods. I noticed that service is inconsistent, & I would argue that customer service is even more important than the quality of your products. Some staff are friendly & knowledgeable while others are very rude for some reason. It happened a few times that the cashier assumed I was paying debit without even asking me how I'm paying & does not even say the price. Then she acts annoyed when I tell her I'm paying cash. The ambiance is a lot more pleasant during the day. The staff is less attentive during busier periods & nights. A lot of my friends want to try this place but to be honest it's a subpar experience each time. This place could thrive if they hired workers who know how to interact with customers properly.View more
