I lived in this district before moving back west. Had this place been around the, I would have been here every day. Owner is amazing & the place has a welcoming vibe. Love it.

We're sitting in the coffee shop, customers line up. Good cappuccino & almond croissant. The owner is also a soccer fan, the music & service are very cheerful. Happy atmosphere in the air.

Come for the great coffee, freshly squeezed OJ, sandwiches, pizza & pastry... & stay for the warm welcome & friendly atmosphere. Great sidewalk terrasse.
