You are here for the FOOD! The food is sooooo good here! We ordered dakgangjeong lovers (boneless fried brown chicken meat, BROWN IS BEST), chicken wings, tteokbokki, & japchae. The dakgangjeong is by far the best Korean fried chicken I've tasted, the spicy sauce has the right balance of spicy & sweetness to it, no bone, crunchy exterior & brown meat, it was the perfect combination! I can't get enough of it! The tteokbokki was also very good, one of the better ones I've tried. The rice cake has the proper softness to it (ya know some places would over/under cook it?) Generous amount of fish cake! The japchae is a little bit to the saltier side, but still acceptable, they also give you generous amounts of beef (very tender & tasty). Food in the pictures was about $85, it didn't look much but it was actually quite a lot. I genuinely think that it is worth every penny! The ambiance, is non-existent, is literally a dépanneur in a commercial building. Not many seatings, & you get to enjoy some K-pop on speakers which has its charm on its own. Overall, I'd definitely come back & I'd recommend you to order takeout or at least order 10-15 minutes ahead of time, since once you order, they basically call upstairs to make the food & bring it down or something.View more
